1. Vendor ID'ing
2. Wookiee braids/accessories
3. More holoemotes, or at least, *better* ones. Some you can hardly see.
4. Faction tattoos are a big request
5. REGISTERING YOUR LOCATION ON THE PLANETARY MAP!
6. I wouldn't mind seeing "kits" of makeup or accessories we could craft and sell.
7. More hairstyles for all species who can have hair.
There's more..but I can't think of it at the time.

-Face paint. Wherever the face paint suggestions came from, it was quite cool. I remember looking at the crowd in the podracing stands from Ep I, and noting the blue bands across the eyes and faces in general of several spectators. It'sreally cool, andmakes humans look like they might be from different cultures / planets, rather than the same old people.
- I'd like to see lip color altered. Every time I try an exotic lip color, it looks like someone smooshed her face in a strange pie, or tried to eat paint. If the edges of the color could somehow be blended to match the skin or else the skin color could tone down some of the severity, it would be cool. I made a point of trying to make a human with a primary color for her accessories of this neat, bright blue-green, and I just couldn't get over the smear of her lips.
Honestly, I think Vendor IDing would be best for ID's. I know there's DB problems with it, and I really really really think it would be the best to get worked out. I see so many people who feel unenthralled by the buff possibilities (when I was a Dancer I know it made me crazy to run around with my tag up and receive a tell asking for buffs because now because they were going out with a hunting party or the like). Making people catch up with a Doc for one set of buffs, Musicians for another, Dancers for another, then ID's for another ... well that just seems excessive.
Most Merchants I've interacted with don't seem to be on that "now now now" timeline, and so many ID's really like to just do makeovers I think this would be the best of the "essential" tasks to assign ID's.

Hey ID's. Tell me what you think of this idea I sent to the devs. I'm not an ID, but I'm trying to help everyone out. My ideas would boost you profs big time IMO. Forgive me for calling ID a weak prof, but seriously, how often do people want their hair changed
:
"The only way I see this CU working is if we no longer surrender xp along with surrendering skills for Combat professions only. This proposal excludes all Jedi FS XP and Combat profs that require you to master a prof to master that prof (Commando, Ranger, and BH). This surrendering of xp is not right. I would quite my job and play this game 24/7 if we didn't have to surrender xp. I say, once you achieve xp for a skill and learn it, the xp is locked, not transferable, on that skill forever. I'm TKM / Master Pistoleer / Smuggler 0420 and I don't plan on changing ever. Why? Because it takes too long to master another profession just to find out I may not like it, so I end up "re"-mastering my previous profession. That's the nightmare I have when I think about changing profs, so I won't do it. I still remember training a guy and he told me this is his 4th time Mastering TKM. It brings my blood to a boil that we have to do such things.
Benefits: 1) We get variety! I'm not a meat and potatoes type of guy. I like change. If we did this, we wouldn't need these upgrades every 6 months. 2) SOE wants us to group together, this will help. Our biggest problem when trying to take down a base or uber creature is not the amount of people, but making sure you have the "right" people. If we can change profs, we can group just like SOE wants us to do, and do it much easier...
Downfalls: None.
Why not Commando, Ranger, and BH: These are highly specialized fields that these people like to feel they are in a class by themselves. Personally, I believe only BH belongs in the exclusion due to some exploiting possibilities. Commando and Ranger are debatable. Another debate would be Master Smuggler. This could hurt the slicing community, so Smuggler would probably have to be excluded as well.
How to make this work: If we can change at the spare of the moment, it would make fighting completely unfair. Therefore, why don't we give back to the Image Designers. This CU's goal is to balance things out. Image Designers have already been one of the weakest profs and now we are taking more away from them. Well, we can give something back. If one wants to change their template, it can only be done in an Image Designer hut by an Image Designer. This is called balancing.
Why not non-Combat profs: Pretty obvious, it will destroy the economy.
Should this include Jedi skill points: You bet! I'm not a Jedi, but I know what it takes to be a Jedi and it is horrible to ask them to surrender their experience points along with the skill point. However, I would be ok with it if Jedi were excluded just because I want what is best for the greatest good.
And just to reiterate, make the game fun, unique, and not monotonous. These are the 3 keys to a successful game, and the opposite is the reasons why people quite games. This suggestion would be a jump ahead of all other games and we'll never get tired of doing the same thing over and over again.
Thank you for listening."

My gf has 250 skill points in master dancer/musician/id.
The CU dramaticly reduces abilities and removes any income.
With no compensation or respec will likely leave.
When friends leave, others may too.....

For a while now, many in the community have suggested craftables for the ID profession. While some loved the idea as a wayforyoung designers to make credits, there were some who feared the profession would become primarily craft based. The Musician class is a prime example that you can incorporate crafting with the entertianer line and not have it be subject to primarily crafting.
With the up coming CU and expansion, Rage of Wookiees, a new door can be opened to Image designers. My suggestion is, like the medic tree, make the ID tree a crafting tree. In ID-Entertianer 1-4, an Image designer begins her/his basic training by becoming knowledgeable of the tools she will need in her advanced career. In the advanced ID trees you cna consolidate markings with body and face, and have a crafting tree for advanced products. These 2 new trees would blend nicely, our wish lost ideas, with the up coming CU and expansion.
A rough draft could be pictured as thus:
Entertainer Design I: Touch Ups
At this stage the image designer knows the basics of touching up performers and can design the tools needed to have performers go on with the show!
Skills granted: Markings+1 Image Body +1 Face +1, Design Tool Craft +1
Schematics: A Lipstick Crayon (componant); An Eyeshadow Powder (componant); A Wig Net (componant); A Tube of Lipstick (Final Product); An Eye Shadow Case (Final Product)
Note: Low Level Artisans can provide: A Lipstick Cartridge (Component); and An Eye Shadow Case Frame (Component)so that interaction amongst peers can be established.
Entertainer Design II: Advanced Make-up Methods
An ID has grasped better knowledge of touch up make up and can knows a wider variety of colors and tool kits...
Skills granted: Markings +5, Image Body+5 Face +5, Design Tool Craft +5
Schematics: A Blush Brush (Final Product), A Wig (Final Product), A Blush Powder (Component), A Multi-Color Eye Shadow Case (Final Product), A Multi-Color Lipstick Case (Final Product), Glitter (Final Product)
Artisand can provide: A Blush Powder Case; A Multi-Color Eye Shadow Case; and A Multi-Color Lipstick Case. Multi color cases will be able to hold 10+ color powders/lipsticks etc
Entertainer Design III: Special FX
Through practice, an ID learns to do basic creative illusions with her tools.
Skills Granted: Markings +1, Image Body +1 Face +1, Design Tool Craft +1
Schematics: A Color Tint (Component), A Contact Lens (Component), A Colored Contatct Lens, A Vial Tattoo Ink (Component), A Vial of Tattoo Color (Final Component), A Latex Base
Artisens can provide: A Latex Mold Kit (Component), A Tattoo Needle (Component)
Entertainer Design IV: Advaced FX (Title FX Artist)
The Image Designer can create many illusions worth of cinematic worth, and can find jobs easily among those who need thier services outside of the entertainment industry.
Skills Granted: Markings +5, Image Body +5 Face +5, Design Tool Craft +5
Schematics: Low-Budget Laytex Spy Kit (Final), Rubber Mask B-Movie Grade (Final), Holoemote Chip (Final)
Please note that all the keen ideas for additional content like Spy kits to hide faction, piercings, scars, brands, can fall under the Image Face/Body and Markings Skills. Temporary skills like glitters and holoemotes would be a craftable. What I want done with this post is figure out where to put the things on our wish list under these 4 Entertainer branches. I also would like suggestions on the Elite Branch. A break down of 4 Elite craft boxes and Master. Maybe even a role in cybernetics, which would be more medical/plastic surgeon.

Hi.
Im a Bounty Hunter and one thing that hinders my jedi hunting is my bio. Having the master marksman and master bounty hunter in my profile is a dead give away of what im doing standing next to a jedi.
So my idea is this: Would it bepossible to have an ID temporarily alter my bio, add or remove badges from it, such as my Master Bounty hunter badge. The effect would last a few hours, maybe 2 or 3 and ID's could charge for it. On the same train of thought a temporary name change would also benefit the hunting.
Its a way to benefit both professions and I know i would use the service and im sure other BH's would too.

I'd like that ability to ID on vendors/faction NPCs.
I also like the idea for the cybernetics.

I'm not an id. but i'd like to see some more hairstyles definetly. and maybe dual tone hair colors and/or shades.
and of course facial and body tattoos for all species except wookies cause they have so much fur you wouldnt see it anyways but maybe they could get some special kind of fur colorizations instead.
more options in body form, would be cool to have even more options for muscle mass and weight options.
so you could look like everything from a marathon runner to a body builder to a fat beer drinking slob
.
also gender and race changes although this ability could maybe be done once or twice in a characters life time, or have a long delay of days or maybe weeks between each time you could change the race. would be kinda weird to suddenly see the server filled with wookies then the next days your have bothans and the next day after that you'll have ithorians.

Need more hairstyles most definately, and not just for humans but for all species. I'm a zabrak and we definately need more choices!
I also would like to see more tattoo choices, including body tattoos and more choices for zabraks. Body form choices where you could make the arms more muscular, legs, targeting individual areas would be nice rather than just one bar that makes you more muscular all around.

like ive said body tats for all speices, i feel the fat/muscle size sliders should be broken doen into the fllowing catigoies:
leg fat
arm fat
face fat
body fat
leg muscle
(be cool if it was even divided up into upper, lower, frount and back leg.
arm muscle
(cool if bicep, trycep, and wrist)
chest muscle
back muscle
soulder muscle
all the above would be sliders between min and max, as ive said before the diffrence between min and max should be incresed. the max and fin fats should be improved too.

hand size sliders, wrist size sliders, foot size slider, neck size slider. those would be cool![]()
