*counts on finger, runs out. Counts on toes, runs out again* For the somethingorotherth time (I can't count that high) we do not have problems with macros. Nor do we have problems with hologrinders—at least, most of us don't. What we have problems with are people asking the same questions again, and again, and again, and…I can't count that high, either. We have stickied threads that answer most of these questions. The boards have a search feature that answer many of the rest of these questions.

Also, we have a problem with people coming in, not knowing what's going on, and telling us how we should feel. But I haven't seen that happen lately…oh, wait. Yup, I'm being snide, and sarcastic. Why? Because if you look at my posts you'll find the most comprehensive macroing information for IDs. But we still get the same questions over and over and over. I don't mind helping people. That's why I post information like that. What I mind is people who are unwilling to take the time to help themselves, or who feel that in some way I owe it to them to help because they want their FSCS.

So, until you answer the same questions—which you've made exhaustive posts about anyway—time after time, don't preach to me about what I should or shouldn't allow to annoy me. End rant.

Most of the universe's problems can be solved by the application of a brick to the side of the right head.
The problem is if you don't have a big enough brick or can't find the right head. The devil is in the details.

Overall we are a very polite, helpful community. The hologrinders that come back a few days or a week after they surrender their ID skills to tell us we were rude to them, for the most part made fun of our way of having fun, or were rude/demanding in their asking for help. We have had many very polite, kind hologrinders come through our forums, asking for help in a polite manner (using a please or thank you goes a long way) and often commenting on some aspect of ID that they enjoyed or found interesting. Even those polite hologrinders that didn't enjoy ID tend to say something positive, even if just thanking the community for being so helpful. That is because (for the most part) the community responds positively to those who ask for help in a respectful fashion (especially if they say they've already combed through the FAQ's). If we have been snappy now and then without provocation it's been because of the droves of rude hologrinders that have come through telling us ID is lame, and then coming back a few days later to brag about how fast they flew threw it or how rude everyone was to them when they called it lame while holding outa hand for help.

Mean and vicious, fast and clever,
see me now, you would not dream,
The food I ate, the food that screamed,
