I make it habit to go outta my way to pick on male characters wearing skirts.

I'm a male ID who is a nurse, and into theatre and cosmetology IRL. Hetero, to boot. Don't sweat it. The kids are easy enough to /ignore.

Rofl...you're all gonna hit me for this (I told a little lie in an earlier post)...
As a male Image Designer who is ACTUALLY gay (what can I say, I was a little hesitant about the community...but you all proved that the Entertainer professions are far more social and accepting than any other class) let me say that my response to anyone who uses the word fa**ot in my presence is twofold:
1) I start flirting with them.
2) I use my new Teras Kasi skills to kick their butts and, after making some obscene gestures at their incapacitated body, proceed to DB them.
Oh well....immaturity is something you will never bypass, so you just have to fight fire with fire. /evilgrin

I am a professionally trained opera singer, and an amateur actress. I'm constantly surrounded by gay men. I <3 all of them. If I could marry one, I would.
I have a friend from a previous game that I always call "the f*g to my hag" because I totally am one. I LOVE THEM!

*chuckles* Hon, I'm a confessed gender bender—in some circles that's far worse than being gay. I've always said I'm only prejudiced against one group of people: idiots. Other than that I'm more interested in what you have to say than in who you happen to be sleeping with…or not, as the case may be.

As a male Image Designer who is ACTUALLY gay [snip]
Edit due to suckiness of laptop keyboards. I swear I typed those letters the first time.

And I should have known from the get go that nobody in any Entertainer profession would have a big cow over it, and I was right.
Now, my TKM buds is a different story....lol

Honestly, I think that most women love gay guys. Being friends with them is having the best of both worlds.

I find it ironic that while this post goes on (on which we all are basically saying sensitive men are awesome), a post is on the Valcyn boards where a few women express their desire for "manly" men (due to one of them having a bad date). The funny thing about that post is that it immediately turned into a singles add for the guys reading it, while this one retains the semblance of a conversation.
The two posts got me and a friend talking in game, and we basically decided that you can't be a homophobe in this day and age. There really isn't "gay" behavior versus "manly" behavior in this day and age. There are straight men like me that enjoy everything ID entails, and I've known gay guys that hunt and work out, making them "manlier" than me. Anyone who would criticize someone for being a male ID is just small minded and ridiculous. I know this was all basically said, but I guess I found the duality of the two separate posts to be interesting, mostly because the other one immediately degraded while this one is actually intelligent.

Hee hee. My gay ex-boyfriend spoiled me. He'd go with me to museums and to plays and-and-and ...
He was my first real boyfriend. I was so annoyed when afterwardI realized men could be so stuffy!

Lol... I think the main difference is that the majority of us who choose the Entertainer proffession are mature adults (or at least mature)who are sufficiently comfortable with themselves not to feel threatened. I have several gay friends myself (including my favorite cousin) and one friend who likes to pretend that he's gay
(primarily when he runs into someone who is homo-phobic). Plus, I have dated a transvestite...who looks better than I do.
Naturally, your TKM buds are different... the combat professions are more attractive to the immature types.

Ive only had one player imply anything about my sexual prefs lol.. Wanted to know why I liked sporting Purple on my toon some much. Didn't accure to him I thought it look kickass lol... But then there was the guy in Mos Eisley Med Center who thought my "1950's Cheezy Spaceman" theme toon looked like some kinda gay pornstar. Sounded like he knew alot about gay porn. so I took his word for it.. lol
But then I have a alt that is Female Twi'lek. Female mainly because I wanted some eyecandy. That and I wanted to to See a Bright Green and Yellow Female Twi'lek.. She is to say the least VERY stunning.. One of a kind on my server, and no one I met yet said she was ugly..
Hell even have the dancers in the cantinas stair lol...
Funny part is My main if Human male a Master Tailor/ID.. She's my TKM/MBE as a support toon.. BE tissue and all that..
