I let my mood decide. Sometimes I just ask people to pay what they think it's worth. But when I don't feel like ID-ing, I'll charge a minimum fee of about 15-20k.
Low tippers who have people who hit esc during the session will have to pay a minimum fee for a second session. Nobody will get 5 sessions in a row for 2k each.
Also I've a low/no-tipper list. If they come again, I'll remind them politely of the standard tip. Some people just need a little reminder, so that they can fight their own greed.

Not all of us. Of course I'm not only a fighter, but a crafter, merchant, doctor, and (retired musician/dancer), so I feel you pain.

I tip all the time, and tip well. No problem paying a set fee either. If you ever have a service class character on Corbantis, look me up.
