Seriously, Am I one of the few that actualy couldnt are less for this update?, I'm sorry but this realy is a waste of time, Rather have the deffs work on "important" stuff instead of some "fancy" holo above someone's head, Another odd thing, Just what does it have to do with the whole "Starwars" concept of this game?

I hate to sound like sour grapes here, but I'm terribly disappointed withthese holo-emotes. What I really want, as an image designer, is new hairstyles, body styles and skin tones, body glitter, tattoos,hair ornamentation, etc. Ideas that really fit with the Star Wars theme and allow for more unique character looks. These holo-emotes seem like a bandaid attempt to give image designers *something*, but not what we needed or asked for.

This is a total sop to keep id's quiet for a while. Although I applaud the granting of ID's over stat changes (i dont think it goes far enough frankly.....give them sole control ...after all you cant heal BF without an entertainer)

The holo emotes are cutesy, poor, way out of character etc etc....worst change ever.....I mean the droids that do entertainment modules....brilliant.....fantastic...amazing.....but they also fit in brilliantly into the universe.

Basically this is a short term fix that they have done so people stop saying id isnt worth it. However even worse than that A MONTH to master ID....I hear somone has completed it in under an hour at the moment.....no one and I mean no one is going to spend a month trawling up this.

I think these additions are good for IDs all over the universe.. and more people will definately become image designers for that matter.. tents look cool too

YAY!!! With all the broken professions, lag and support issues, the perfect response is to add more FLUFF!!! I can't wait to see a zabrack wearing a bubble-headress!!

I am wondering if they got that idea from a developer conference?

First off, let me say that I did NOT read through all 9+ pages fo posts here...I couldn't. I jumped into this forum to llok at the new content, and I for like some of what I'm seeing. What through me, was the fact that so many people came here and automatically starting flaming and complaining. To Duck and any of you others that are yelling about how this wasnt in the movies, or that wasn't in the books, give it a rest please. I've seen all the movies (including the christmas special,) and I've read almost all the EU books. A lot of these things are mentioned in one way or another in the stories, but they don't say what anything looks like - tech wise - ie what does a personal holo-emitter look like. I play this game because I love the SW universe and enjoying being involved in such a game.If I findsomething about the gameI don't like I ignore. If I don't like a city, I don't go there,ifIdon't like a weapon, I don't use it, etc. I will trythese new emotes if given the option, and if I don't like them, I won't waste my time on them. Some of you people that like to scream and yell on these forums really should try to spend your time a little better (IMHO). I personally play the game to have fun, if these new ID options make the game more fun for some people, why grief over it. PLEASE let it go. And to the DEVS, hey keep up the good work and please try to fix the broken stuff too.

I just hope and pray that the holo-emotes come with a checkbox in the Options to turn them off once these go live.

Oh, wait...they're still working on that "earthquake" toggle...

I think they are great changes to a special but under rated skill in SWG.

If you want to make the people complaining about the changes perhaps there should be a Cry Baby profession added that gets XP from posting complaints and this is going to kill the game posts.

Image Designers are a very cool part of SWG. Stepping up and making them better is not only a worthwhile thing to do but it's about time.

They are a class like everyone else and deserve respect and attention just like everyone else.

Would Cry Baby be a Starter profession? As gimped as Ranger is maybe they should have to Master that first.
