Heh... now that is funny. I would never mess with a character's looks without permission, nor commit any permanent change without their ok, but holoemotes are temporary.

I'm usually along the lines of staying civil with a customer unless they are totally rude, but just recently I had a VERY rude Rebel smack-talking imperials and insulting me over the fact that I was obviously not rebel. Just as I committed, I slapped a single-type Holoemote into the deal... an Imperial one

I agree with FuschiaD (does that make me a bad person now?)
Uhm, no. Believe it or not, I do occasionally have the right idea.

Occassionally...yes. No arguements here.

Yeah I got stuck because I had already clicked the commit button...then I coulnd't figure out how to cancel out. I eventually had to relog to clear it but by then my other customers had left....I will definitely make sure the person is there before hitting commit from now on!

I would never accept a wait from a customer of 20 minutes unless it was a very good friend or guildie and _only_ if I didn't have waiting customers. I would have cancelled the session if the customer had not returned within 2 minutes after the timer ran out.
I usually tell customerswho wishto go afk that they have two choices: Either choose another image designer or pay me double fee. Their choice. Luckily, I only have 1 in 50 (or more)customer that actually makes the attempt to go afk.
I agree with FuschiaD (does that make me a bad person now?) that weshould make an effort to get the customers to respect us. And that can only be done by acting professionally and friendly. No one respects a person who is rude and/or obnoxious.
Just my two credits.
