Type the prices into your notepad (/note) and then just copy+paste them from there whenever you want to use them

You DO know that this "bank tip fraud" is...a fraud, right? There's no way to actually fool a conscious player with this. If you're too preoccupied to bother looking at your bank balance & listening for the NOISE & seeing the cash change when they tip you...then supposed scams are the least of your problems.
THERE IS NO BANK TIP SCAM.

I will not go to someone to ID them, unless I am on my way to where there are anyway, or they are a close friend. I don't know why people do not expect a tailor or weaponsmith or armorsmith to come to them when they ask for things, but expect an image designer to drop everything and come a-runnin'. Some people also think it's ridiculous to pay an image designer because "it doesn't require any money or resources to become one". So what. We still worked to become masters and it still takes up our time to help you. Give us some respect people.

I'll go along with the others here and agree that if they whine about your prices, or having to come to you, you're better off without them. I've spent the last month or so working on getting to Colonel and learning sword so I haven't been very available lately. If someone catches me while waiting for the shuttle I let them know I'm gone as soon as the shuttle touches down. With a 8month old son, I don't get a lot of play time and when I get buffs I can't waste the time.
Bottom line - don't back down.
As a side note, call me a total newb. How do you create the price list email so you can send it out? I've tried mailing myself a message but when I forward it, it adds the >> to the start of each line and looks terrible. Also what's plasmaworks? I used to use atomicspacekitty when people wanted to know what hairdo's were out there but its gone now. What's the full URL?

Yes, exactly, we have to pay for training. You don't know how many times I've heard "OMG LOL u r gonna charge me? Y? U don't need anything like copper or steel LOLOL n00b" I had one guy get a nasty attitude because I wanted all of 500 credits to change his eye color. I just tell them that if they don't like paying for image designing they are free to become masters themselves, and work on their own face.

This became an issue when people realized they could take advantage of the fact that forwarded emails and emails from the bank look EXACTLY alike if you have only one name... and even if you have two, in the beginning most people didn't know the difference. And most people didn't know to open their inventory and watch their bank amount, and most people also didn't think they had to ask the person to wait to tip them until they COULD be watching their bank amount. And LOTS of people (myself included) have sounds turned off in the game, so the little noise it makes wouldn't do any good. THERE IS A BANK TIP SCAM. If this weren't really a problem, doctors would still be accepting bank tips, and the developers wouldn't have any reason to change the bank tip system email.

Bank tips scams are fixed on TC and are being pushed to live with publish 8 - Tuesday may be the exact day but I'm not sure.
Edit: Oh yeah behold the clicky. (Yeah, I don't cite to dev posts anymore because then my link goes dead when they move their stuff to the archives, /grumble)

Doctors on Lowca & Valcyn already blew off this nonissue. I did have ONE guy tell me "no bank tips" but we all laughed at him & just used the competing doctor 20 feet away.

Again I say, if it were a nonissue, the devs wouldn't have felt the need to fix it.
