Thread: ID XP to FS XP ratio adjusted or no?

I think they added the master medic requirement for the phase 1 medic quest since you need to craft medcines and cures and do some healing that is actually above a mere novice medic.
That still doesn't explain why the quest required Master Medic... and as the only one of my characters who has qualified for the old man's visit and made it to the village is a BE I am bothered that it does. One doesn't need Master Medic to heal after all, only to use some of thehigher rated medicines... and since the quest itself involves making medicines, Organic Chemistry 4 (which is required for BE) should be good enough.

Ultimately, I heard a rumor that Persuasion actually had more to do with healing an overt without getting a TEF anyway. Which makes sense for a Medic.

I ended up doing the "Rescue Villagers" quest... for Enhanced Reflexes: Survival. It required getting buffs and I had the help of a friend (and needed it too) to kill the guarding siths, but wasn't too difficult. My friend (a Master Doctor) did the Persuasion quest. I figure I should be able to do all the Enhanced Reflexes quests with my friend's help... then I'll have to decide which of the others I will be able to handle for the next two required lines.

Yeah I totally have to agree there... beside 2 of my TC chars the only character I see in the village any time soon is my BE/CH...
It's allready difficult enough to decide which fs-branches are usefull or even reachable for her... and persuation was one of the things I would have liked to have from the RP-aspect and because it would have fit that char perfectly... but noooo ...
May the Force be with you all!

I can mail you a quick overview over the quests if you like to know about them for planning ahead a little. I did most of them on TC and I can tell you which quests in which phase will unlock which skillbranch, too. I don't want to spoiler such stuff on the boards allthough I'm sure this info can be found on here somewhere. The good thing about the new system is, that even masters now have something to do with their xp and are encouraged to work less with factories for money but more for xp. Allthough I'm sure this will just lead to more grinding on behalf of the crafters instead of a better suply of handcrafted goods. Combat folks 'grind' combat all the time, if maxed on xp or not so there is not that much of a difference there I guess.
For us ID's this means that even masters might be interested in doing statmigrations now again (which isn't that bad since nearly all the old grinders are gone by now). And I think getting 285 fs-xp (converted and rounded down) for 10 minutes (hopefully less soon) isn't that bad either.
(The offer for info about the Village of Aurilia and about the quests stands for all... I didn't do all quests yet, but I have seen more phase-changes in aurilia than we will see in the next year or so and used each and every one to test those quests.)

Thanks... If you would email the info to me at [email protected] I would appreciate that. This will be easier if you IM me the email address you plan to use first so I can add you to the "accept emails from" list as I have the account set up so as to reject any that aren't on that list and dread having to wade through all the spam I get there looking for your email in the junk email folder.
