in all honesty ... this is not a selfish request by any means. I already have my 2 MIDs on tempest and ahazi. this is a request i bring before the "courts" on behalf of the new players, new IDs. I couldnt tell you how important it is to staying in the game to feel like there is some hope of being able to get money on your own. when i went to ID on ahazi, I had already mastered it on tempest and had been playing on tempest for a very long time. I started off on ahazi with the support of a friend from time to time, but for the most part, it was me myself and I and I had to figure out how to get income. ID was not the way. as a nov ent ID, no one wants any of your skills, and if they do, for the most part, they arent willing to pay jack for it. you are lucky to get one customer a day and income anymore than 10k (and that is very generous). once you hit nov ID, your "busy hours" flucuate so drastically. you could sit in a salon for an hour and not have a single customer and then again, you could be swamped the whole time you are there.

there is no need to keep these poor ids stranded in a tent hoping that someone will come along needing a stat migration. there is a search function on ctrl+P that would allow anyone looking for an ID to find the ID who are running their missions, so forcing them to stay in the tents should not be an issue. if someone really needs an id, it would be easy enough for them to find one.

however, as a new ID, it would be nice to have something to do inbetween clients other than play with yourself ... litterally. giving these new id's mission terminals (place them outside of the salons) would give the id a sence of self sustaining income and maybe actually encourage them to know that its not all about being STUCK.
