I get what you mean..

but it's not that I think Masters want thier profession to themselves (Tho some might, I talked to one last night who was wanting to share customers and who is tired of only doing stats, I totally understand that too! that has to be changed)

It's that feel like it was the masters who asked for no timer on their end. So the novices still get timers and they don't.

(or may not) I don't think ANY of the professions should go up the ladder REALLY easily except that so many of the professions FUN starts at master. (for instance I cannot waste my resources on tailoring items for anyone right now at novice because I need them to level up the profession. I can't do it with alot of customers because I make basic things anyway. I have to keep my limited resources to level up)

BUT to get to it without timers and then complain about timers when novices have to use them too and they don't have as many options as master ID bothers me a bit. AS a person who plans to get to master and keep it, I know that having a timer even then would be a pain HOWEVER if I am ID'ing someone and I have all the options to do a great ID or a FULL ID on someone, as you said the timer wouldbn't be a problem (except for the seriously ridiculous 10 minute stat thing).

Leveling up the profession so that you have desirable options OTHER than Stat migration is a huge pain with the timer! period.

Someone on another message said that they were offended because they lost "mind" and such. Well so do I. But I do it at a slower pace because it takes me so long. I don't use food or drink to get through leveling ID.

And even tho they lost mind, they still gained EXP and level boxes faster than I do!

Therefore they still got to master faster than me, and got to get to FUN factor faster (except for stat migration) and got new options faster to gain customers. I lost 2 customers last night because I wasn't able to do the things they wanted or needed (other than stats)

So forgive me, tho your message was friendly, the others have not been and I am not the only one sick of the complaints!

if I were master I would be upset FOR The novices. This is a game and we should ALL be able to have fun!

As far as I know of, there has been only one master to support the timers. As it stands, the vast majority of us are against the timers as implemented for everyone. It's not that we asked specifically for reduced timers for masters, it's that that's all we could get in terms of timer changes, so we'll take it. /shrug. What else can we do? We've made our feelings known…we just have to hope the devs understand, and so far they haven't shown any signs of it.

The problem is if you don't have a big enough brick or can't find the right head. The devil is in the details.
