I was about 1/1/0/1 and I got that bug 3 times in a row on a rodian.

As far as we know at this time, the problem goes away once the ID trains any of the level 1 skills.

Well, I did some testing now, about this mysterious self-migrations and could reproduce this on any server. Neither on Testcenter nor on the life servers I was able to get my stats to migrate themselves like in the old days.
