So Zabrak's having hair is an bug/exploit? Dang I was thinking of looking up an ID too ...
Can someone explain why some NPC Zabrak's DO have hair then? I wanted a nice ponytail ....

I don't think this falls into the relm of 'exploit', as it doesn't affect game mechanics to give anyone an unfair advantage. Instead this falls into the relm of pure stupidity. Now if you will excuse me, I need to go get my fish dreadlocks so I can get a good laugh.
Was that *supposed* to be offensive? There is something wrong with our profession, and people are using a programming glitch to perform actions that are not supposed to be in the game. It affects our profession, and last I checked our profession was part of the game. It gives people an unfair advantage - maybe not in combat but socially, wearing the coveted hairdos that cannot be achieved by normal means. It affects the game because this is an RPG and last I checked people cared about authenticity - in the planets, monsters, quests, clothing, armor, weapon types, and yes, even the appearance of the aliens. Maybe you think the RP aspect of the game is "pure stupidity" but be aware that not everyone feels that way and you *are* raining on someone's parade by gallivanting around with fishy dreds.
Exploit is defined as"to make use of meanly or unjustly for one's own advantage".
It doesn't necessarily mean it has to cause a disadvantage to another player for it to be considered an exploit. But if it gives you an advantage, and isn't meant to be done (thus the word unjust), then it's an exploit.
However, it does give the other image designers a disadvantage. We are losing business to the more "popular" exploiting image designers. The only way we advertise is by title, and word-of-mouth. Without the word of mouth, we lose a lot of business. So it does, in fact, cause us a disadvantage.
