I have done a bit of research into your "smacktard" term. Would you care to elaborate on your definition of that term? I may want to adjust my policy based upon the definition provided.

Well urbandictionary.com had this to say about smacktards. In general, it's someone who either purposely attempts to ruin your game and act like a jerk, or someone too indoctrinated by 1337 culture to know better.

Well, holy . . . that is exactly the type of player that I definitely don't want to help. Thanks for the great definition(s) of "Smacktard" N'J. They should have to wear a sign or something =P so people can know who to help or not.
"I'm standing on my front lawn hosing my dog down and my neighbor walks by and says 'You givin' your dog a bath?'. Having had a really bad day I replied with 'No, I want to see how long it will take her to start swimming.' at that point I ask my daughter to go inside and get one of the cards with strings on it. These cards have two words written on them: I'm Stupid. My neighbor accepts the card and wears it with pride, knowing full well what he did."
The first time he did it I had to make him sit down and listen to a comedian named Bill Engval, so he knew that I was not insulting him rather than engaging in friendly jest. I have received my fair share of cards too =).

That reminds me of a bit by Jeff Foxworthy where he is fixing a flat tire & someone walks up & says "Flat tire?" & he replies, "Na, the other 3 just swelled up on me... here's your sign" /hands stupid sign.

The comedian's name is Bill Engval. You can find CDs and DVDs of his tours in the comedy section of your local music/book stores. His most memorable CD is Dorkfish. He toured with Jeff Foxworthy during the Blue Collar Comedy Tour.

That name sounds familiar... i'm sure I've seen his stuff because I remembered it, hehe. Pretty funny stuff. Although, following his advice would not be environmentally friendly... there aren't enough trees to provide enough signs to hand out to ALL the stupid people...

Hehe.. in our guild, we call them d00dtards, and have a strict policy prohibiting them.

Yeah, that's where the saying is from, but I can't remember who the comedian was for sure... I wanna say Jeff Foxworthy, but it could of been someone else.

There's also the less PG-13 version of smacktard or d00dtard which starts with an "f".

If you don't have the decency to remove your helm or hat before entering the Salon I generally won't help you either(special exceptions apply), gawd I feel like a Second Grade teacher telling all of the boys in her class to take of their hats.
Hehe... I've had this happen to me before. I usually don't wear my helmet around town, but I happened to get attacked by the Corsecs in Coronet on my way to the Salon, and got my head hit several times, so I popped it on. Well, I got to the salon, but forgot to put away my gun and my helmet. The lady working at the time coughed and said "There are many folks who would see a man walking into their work place with a mask and a handgun as a robbery attempt. Should I call the police?"
I promptly unequiped both, apologized profusely, and (at her request) promised never to do it again. In the end, it was fun. We had a pleasant chat, I got my haircut, and she got a new pet Jax (along with the standard payment).
