Those permissions need to be done by the leader, not the PA hall owner.

Also, I didn't find out about this until just the other day, but there is a forum specifically for PA discussions. You might find your answer there, or might want to post it there to get better attention.

Link to the other forum is in my sig.
If your leader went MIA your first step will have to be getting over half of your PA to go visit the Guild Terminal and Declare Allegience for the person you want to have Leadership powers.

I am currently the leader of a newish guild on Starsider. I want to change my character, and basically start again. However as I am the leader of the guild, and the guild hall is on my lots - how would be the best way to go about doing it? I thought about redeeding the hall, giving it (along with all my stuff and money) to a guild mate to look after until I get back with my new character. Would this affect the guild, having its leader leave and then come back as a new character?
I am currently the only member of the guild to have all the permissions. Would I need to give a trusted member all of these permissions before I redeed the hall, then get him to give me all my former permissions when I join again with my new character? Would I still be able to be the guild leader if I am brought in this way?
Sorry for the huge amount of questions, any help would be great.
