Yes I'm beating a dead horse. Yes, it's probably not a game breaking issue. However, it's extremely unjust and frustrating issue for those Imperials who want to show their alignment proudly.

For the first time, after voting for Victor every time, waiting months, he finally won on Starsider. I was happy because I'd finally have a chance to get an Imperial Banner. Sadly, it's only a chance. Like many others, I got screwed over and was given a "loyalist badge" necklace, that near any tailor can make, and even give the same name even if they wanted. Rather than get an Imperial banner that I deserve for months upon months of loyalty and service to the Empire since the beginning, I got a useless necklace that doesn't do me any good, while rebels swim in their own banners that they're all gurenteed to get for doing their theme park.

Yes I'm mad. I'm a loyal Imperial and I want to display my banner proudly, but I'm denied that while rebel scum gets to hang their banner anywhere. Where's the immersiveness? Shouldn't getting an Imperial banner as an Imperial be extremely easy? Wouldn't the Empire want it's officers displaying their faction proudly? Instead us Imperials have to play politics with some hack politician who may or may not decide to give us a banner if he ever does get elected.

i agree 100%, why wouldn't a government make their flag readilly availible to the public (expesually their high ranking officers) while a terrorist group hands theirs out like its nothing!

H efinally one damn and I'm Broke and on Dant but I'm rushing back tomarrow in hopes of getting my banner.

The rebals can get up to 2 I just want 1!!!

OK... lets talk about faction equality. To name a few cool things:

Imps Get

1. Imp prototype PSG

2. Endor Painting

3. Lytus Family Artifact

4. Stormtrooper armour (canon)

5. AT-AT suit (with HELMET)(canon)

6. TIE suit (with HELMET)(canon)

7. AT-ST

8. Imp Banner

9. Imp Command Hat(yes I know they took it out, but people still have them on display)

Rebs Get

1. Rebel Banner

2. Wierd (non-canon)armour that SPYNET OPS AND MEATLUMPSWEAR!!!!!!!

3. B-wing flightsuit (NO HELMET!)

4. X-wing Flightsuit(Craftable, but NO HELMET!)

5. NO REBEL ENSIGN HELMET

Please don't knock our banner... its all we got!

Equality problem?

Ok well, It's a banner. It's a representation of a faction, usually one displays their faction banner proudly in their office or home. Rebels can get their banners easily. Heck they can even get it again and again and again if they're willing to get another account to make noob characters over and over to run the rebel theme park. The inequality is that Imperial can ONLY get their banner if victor wins in Bestine, and ONLY if they voted for him, and ONLY then there's a 50% or less chance to actually get the banner. Starsider, after months and months, finally had victor win, and as someone who voted for him every single time, I feel ripped off as both someone who took aprt in the quest, and as an Imperial officer to the junk I recieved.

I don't care if both factions could buy banners fo 5000 faction each, I just want an Imperial banner, because I'm proud to be Imperial.

The problem is, you don't have Imperials and neutrals preventing you from getting your banner. If you want to get technical, the rebel banner should be harder to get than the Imperial banner, simply because no rebel in their right mind would ever display their faction loyalty in such a bold way, as it would bring unwanted attention from the Empire.

I'm fine with rebels in game having a fairly easy way of getting their banner, but the Imperials should also have a farily easy way to get their banner. And I'm all for them adding helmets to the flightsuits and adding a rebel ensign helmet, as well. So, maybe we can strike a collective bargain: You rebels push for Imps to get our banners, and us Imps will push for you rebels to get your helmets. Deal?

Rebs have a point cause the banner is all they get

imps have a point cause all rebels getting banners and not many imps getting banners clashes with continuity.

Kalandra made a good point and you're throwing it aside because of continuity. Which would you rather have, fairness or a smidgen of continuity in an alreadycontiuity flawed game.

An auction for an Imperial banner on Starsider. the MINIMUM bid is 6 MILLION credits. If that doesn't show how screwed up this whole issue is, I don't know what will.

An update I got the necklace I said every cuse and vilolent emote i could do to Victor but he wouldn't give it. Then a reb gets one. I voted for him every month I didn't get it after that a imp who had kept voting for Sean went in and got hsi banner. This is screwed up. Posted my frustration on the Starsider forum 1 starred into obllivion.

It would be nice if the Imperials, the biggest military organization, could get their own damn banner out to their loyal soldiers and officers.

whats screwed up is your definition of fair. Imps get a crap load more than rebs do. Why can you just comprimise and say something like, "I'd be better if they switched the loot origins of the tie fighter suit with the imp banner so that every imp can show their loyalism publicly."

Rebels and Imperial Aliens do not get equality. Rebels are terrorists with limited funding and we'd rather use our Imperial aliens as workers/slaves/gun fodder.
