This forum is specifically for tips and hints to the world of Star Wars Galaxies.

Here you'll find guides to different professions (which are hopefully cross posted into the Professions Forums). If you have a question about one of the guides, please ask inside the thread. I'm sure the writer will be more than happy to answer (hey, it just means you read it!).

For those of you with questions about what to do in game, please head over to your Galaxy Forum and ask there. People on your Galaxy can answer questions from the most basic to the more in depth questions regarding Star Wars Galaxies. Who knows, you might even meet some friends!

Yeah, that'll work. Open a questions forum or start deleting threads. Locking them isn't enough since they have already buried the good guides.

I have to agree with the other posts here. The boards are really getting out of hand. Any useful info gets pushed off the boards so fast by the same people posting the same questions over and over.

PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS.

Game guides was the best forum on the beta boards - it was the one place you were at least assured you could find useful, valuable information.

This forum is a joke - I know you guys have a lot to keep up with, but letting people run wild like this and not doing something about it is disenheartening to us, and sending the absolute wrong message to them (that posting wherever they darn well please is allowed).

I have more than fifty game-guides I saved from beta, and the ones that the original authors don't post again I was going to try to put up - but in this mess of a forum it wouldn't be worth it.

Complaining about OT posts is an OT post. Dont perpetuate the problem. OR justboogie on by the OT post and dont read it.

Welcome to the questions forum.

This needs heavier mod presence or its kind of useless.

All the "good" posts are quickly spammed away.

Oh boo! I just spent a big hunk of time making a table of all the species statistics, doing lots of 'preview posts' to make sure it looked nice and when I submit....

You are not allowed to use html, blah blah blah.

Why wouldn't you give these warnings when we preview!?!? Sheesh what a waste of time.

Well I for one don't have time to watch these boards 24x7. Any useful info is pushed to page 3 or beyound by the time I get to them.
