How fast is the AV-21 landspeeder?
We know that the existing speeders, from slowest to fastest, are Landspeeder > Speederbike > Swoop. Although the slope handling is the inverse of that, Swoops still average faster most of the time.
What's the word on the AV-21?

The swoop seems noticably faster than the av-21 to me. However I use my av-21 exclusively on dathomir as it's terrain negotiation is far superior.

On flat terrain the swoop is a tiny bit faster, but up hills and such the AV21 wins hands down.

We did some testing way back, just to verify that the AV-21 was slightly slower than a swoop with the X-34's terrain negotiation. On a mostly flat land run (we did Bestine to Jabba's front door), the swoop will win by a few hundred meters (it certainly adds up).
Straight up the Theed waterfall, nothing beat the AV-21 (it even beat the X-34, I suppose because it has the same hill climbing but better speed).
In an actual race across varied terrain (Agrilat was tested for this one), the swoop usually came out on top. If the driver uses some creative zig-zagging to get up the hills, they can pretty much nullify the AV-21's advantage.

I like the fact that the Swoop is the fastest bike because most people will never see or own the AV 21.

AV-21 is faster than (endor style)Speederbike.. but slower than (tatooine style)Swoop. It goes faster up hills than either one does.

The AV-21 also has way better max condition and it wears down a lot slower. I have been using mine all week and it's still around
80% condition.

Schematic for AV-21 is gained by completing any one of the Corvette missions. The Powerplant, a required component to craft the AV-21, is found as loot on the Corvette. It can be dropped from Enemies (supposedly) or found in the various (4) boxes you can open on the ship.
