Ok... So i bought the game, played for 30days everything was fine. Account run out i subcrided for 30 more days. Enters the game.. But then i buy a ticket to a shuttle and it says that i am on trial and poff i lost 700k. Anyone tell me whats up with that?

I would definitely submit a CSR ticket for that.. That shouldnt happen unless you subscribed using a trial account.

Right.... Submitt a csr-ticket... Uhm i dont care about the money i just want the 50k limit off. Atleast my house is still standing

I assume that since it let you resubscribe for another 30 days, it forced you to enter a serial number from the purchased product [ie: made you buy the game]. If not, then that is probably why. Suxors big time though.

Uhm no im not understanding.. I tried to login to the launchpad thing it said that i had to subscribe so i did.. Never had to re-enter thekey code..

I loss my house all all my stuff, and CSRs dont jack **edit**, dont help wotsoeva.
One gives a diff answer from the next.
SOE needs to sort out its customer service, cos at the moe, it all depends of wheather a nice guy answeres your ticket or not
, so far ive been unlucky.

er...................u sure you have paid them and your expiry date are extended 30 days ? if yes, only csr can help you. but well, if it is about credits and missing items...the csr may NOT help you.............

Still...submit a ticket. CSRs should be able to help. Most are good. But like everything else in life, some "need improvement". If you get a bad one, submit another ticket and hope for the best.

Be clear in your message. You can let them know youre upset, but if you type an angry message, youre going to get an angry CSR. Give them as many details as you can that pertain to the problem. When you first installed the game, when you paid forthe month you lost your money, if you changed any of the billing options. Tell them where your character was when it happened, about what time it happened (include your TIME ZONE here too) so that can look for similar problems. DONT give them credit card info or your login name or password. Just make sure you provide them with a good start to finding out what went wrong, if its obvious to them what went wrong then they are going to do what they can to make sure you get your problem fixed. Then hopefully they can also ensure that it wont happen to anyone else.

has any of had a bug where u couldn't do any jedi moves at all? well right now im having 1 where it keeps on saying to take off my armor in order to do a jedi move or something. even though i don't have armor on, i took everything that i had on off me and it still says it and i cant do any moves. i even restarted my computer and did a full scan and came back to it still bugged.
