I hesitate to post this as I know plenty of BH who troll this forum and this is a potentially serious exploit, but players and SOE need to be aware and if it. If it isa known issue I appologize because I was not aware of it and a quick search did not turn it up.

I was recently killed by a BH who used a root attack on me while I was running along a river to get back to my house to log and head to work. A moment after being rooted I warped into the water and was swimming. Now, noone can predict lag warping and so on but it left me in a most untenable position. I was swimming and unable to use any skills, healing, aura, saber, you get the ideaand the root of course did not break on the damage I was taking. My point is that the roots need to break on damage or at least have their duration reduced in pvp. I learned from this and perhaps some others will as well. Moral of the story: Sometimes you just cant get to the other side of the river.

I was TOTALLY UNABLE TO USE ANY SKILLS AT ALL WHILE SWIMMING, HEAL, INFUSION, AURA, AVOID INCAP, SABERS, POWERS, YOU NAME IT. With nodefenses or healing he was able to kill me while I was unable to move from the water to use any of the above abilities. The root needs to break on damage or any time someone steps near water they are taking ahuge risk, and sometimes... you just have to get to the other side.

(um sorry this is where a Old Jedi gets to let you in on a hint) *Working as Intended* lol-- Id edit this actully if I were you lol.

Always been this way since perma death , I know I died this way twice LOL.
