I took this to the trade forums but no one was any help. I only got input from big traders and non jedi and I am trying to get input on what jedi would pay for these things.
A BlueCrystal cond: 898/898
AYellowCrystal cond: 977/977
A Green Crystal cond: 856/856
A Purple Crystal cond: 901/901

20-25k, I'd personally pay 50k for the purple but your not on Lowca.

HOw much do crystals usually sell for? And does it depend on their condition now I take it? I'd like to have a bit of insight on this if anyone would be so kind. Thanks.

I have not yet seen crystal prices on Stasider yet. Since the drop rate is increased I am hoping for at least a 50 - 60% reduction in prices. Based on quality a highest level crystal should sell for anywhere from 400K to 500K because of the difficulty. Crystals for good or poor quality should be no more than 100 - 150K because they are almost useless because of the need to do specials while XP'ing. Non-jedi are able to see the condition of a pearl/crystal but not the quality.
Be weary Jedi! Prior to patch Crystal stats were NOT able to be seen when crystals were on vendors. If a person tunes a crystal adn then places them on a vendor you may not be alse to see that it has been tuned until it is too late! Testing would be nice on this one. I am not a merchant on any charcter so i cannot test.

Here is a funny story:
I tried to buy a purple color crystal off somone in my groupthe other day and he said, "What is the point of selling it, I could only get 100k max." So he kept it for decoration I guess 
So my guess for color crystals is around 100k for a color crystal

What is the difference really between the color ones and the power/clear ones? And the condition on the crystals doesn't mean anything really? It is some hidden stat that only Jedi can see that matters?

A word on crystals....
The clear ones are DAMAGE crystals and as of right now it doesn't matter WHAT it says. I've tuned over 100 crystals/pearls now and some of the "poor" quality crystals have yeilded great results once tuned. (So don't go thinking because a crystal says "good" that its worth 5 times the price).
The color ones are exactly that, they add color to the saber. You may find someone willing to pay 300k for a purple crystal because they want a purple saber but these crystals do NOTHING to the stats of the saber, just give it color.
That being said, I'll pay 50k for any damage crystal and 100k for cool colored ones.
People are getting 9-15 crystals in a single buff session on dathomir. Why would these be considered rare/valuable anymore? They increased the drop rate to REMOVE these items from the hack/slash/rape economy.

anywya yeah i think prices will droprapidly wich is good couse im 5 mils in debt
traing to get 3 pearls last week to grind above aprentice
even thow jedi have lot of pearl dropers to kill to do trials so they might probably get their own on their own not via being laizy and telling people they are laizy
still some small time jedi might need some more pearls to even come to trials and he might pay 5 mils for one crystal. Some poeple have main crafters that made them more money that most of us can hardly imagine.
Even ressorce sellers made bunch of money while other were grinding.
Anyway price will go as high as people needs will go and that will basicly determine how much money you got.
TBH i really dont get price cheack just auction the damn thing put 5 mil min bid on it and youll see how manny auctioners will show up.
then some one will show up and offered you 2 mil for it then you make new auction and start with min bid 2.1 mil.
DIfrence is that you cant use saber without color crystal and its prety much useless without good stat crystals
and all crystals have to be tuned by jedi who uses them. So alredy tumed crystal no sale.

I refuse to pay more than 10-50k for a color...and only 50k for a really cool color...like red. I like the dark red.
And for a damage crystal, I won't pay more than 50-100k.
The loot drops are too high to pay millions for them. And for you guys that pay more than I do, all you do is give your credits to someone else for something you can loot yourself.

That's why colour crystals should be crafted. Places like Fort Tusken are going to be uber camped in perpetuity in hopes of looting crystals to gank Jedi for 100's of thousands of credits by uber templates that one shot every Tusken short of Warlords. This will further serve to bork every servers economy.
