acutally I would think that colo crystals should be more than damage crystals because we need less of them, but they are required if we want to use more than 1 saber

I don't think color crytals will be a problem. I'f bet the price will drop below 100K maybe to 50K if the loot table stays up. What will still be pricey will be the damage crystals/pearls of premium or higher quality.

I have sold my color crystals for 125-150k and I just sold 2 clear crystals for 300k each

Has anyone come up with a good pricing system for damage crystals.

I know that u can only see if it is poor, fair, good, and so on. But because it seems that they are dropping now alot more the prices should fall.

Also for the people who are not jedi and do not know this COLOR CRYSTALS ARE NOT WORTH 300K. All they do is change the color of your saber and if someone is willing to pay that for doing that they are crazy.

Also wondering what premium damage crystals are going for on other servers.

I have heard that color crystals are from 100k-200k depending on their max condition. 100k being 600ish, 150k for 850-900ish, and 200k for 1000+.

well hate to say it, but on radiant even "fair" dmg crystals are still going for 300k+ grr

Crystal prices have gotten out of hand.I though one of the reasons for the new LS/Crystal system would be so Jedi aren't paying mega millions to support them selves.

Because the drop rates seem to have decreased and the "bad" tunes are so common most cystal prices are shooting through the roof.

Right after the revampI rememberthe going rate of apremium crystal on Kauriwas about 1m credits. Now about 6 months later we are seeing prices of 5-6m per crystal. It seems with every passing month the price is inflated by 1mor so credits. They are selling Premium Pearls for up to 10m credits.

Some of this is due inpart to the seller, who has the right to sell it at what ever price he/she deems is right. However the fact is crystal drops have become so rare, the entire jedi comomunity is force to bid on the same crystal, thus driving the prices ever higher. Its almost reached pre-revamp levels of inflation.

Combine these cost with the nerfing of solo groups there is no way to earn enough capital without having an Weaponsmith/Armorsmith alternate, or by looting some thing amazing and selling it.

Crystal Issues

Not dropping enough.

Tuning is to random.

Questions

1. With all the new loot in the database its possible crystal have the same drop rate, but because of all the new loot items in the databaseis it possible the chances of them dropping has decreased?

Example if you have 10 items in a loot table, one of the items isa crystal, you should have a 1:10 chance of looting the crystal. If you add 30 new items to the loot table and do not increase the amount of crystals your ratio will be 1:40. Has this happend and is the reason why crystals arent dropping as frequently as before?

2. Why should some one pay or kill 1000's of NSfor a "lotto ticket" type tuning system. Some times you win, most of the time you loose. Congradulations! you just paid 6m credits for 11/11 -2FC premiumcrystal.

With every new phase at the village more and more new jedi are bidding on the limmited number of crystals that are dropping, and the cost just keeps getting higher and higher.

If the drops were increase the market would be flooded with crystals, drecreasing the demand and dropping the price. Orif the tuning wasn't so7 elven scratch off lotto ticket random it would be almost worth paying so much for a premium crystal/pearl.

These are just a few of my thoughts as Ibuff my self to go out andkill NS elders to only loot credits or hope tolootsomething that has better market value.This is soI can sell it andpurchasing a crystal from anotherseller for some super inflated price.

I have just been hunting for 9.5 hours and have killed dozens upon dozens of NS Spell Weavers and NS Protectors and have gotten ONE crystal from a NS Protector.

I think there is something wrong here!

The prices will not go down as long as the consumers are paying for them. What NEEDS to happen is the crystals should be something that is not looted by just anyone. Maybe there should be an instanced cave where only those who have reached the rank of initiate are allowed to enter. In this area, the MOBs drop all types of crystals with the colors,poors, and fairs being the most common and the selects and premiums being the rarest. Pearls can stay the same, but the crystals are driving us non-bilionairesto the poor-house.

yeah the crystal/pearl loot system needs a real revamp .. nr 1 , they are too hard to get when theres getting to be so many jedis , nr 2 the tunes are too random

for gods sakes, please no more cave suggestions....all the ones we got now are either camped to no end or bugged to hell.
