Thread: Ground Loot: where is it????

Been on space recently for about 2 months. today, I did 6 hours mission on ground. killed many NPC and Mobs. got only credit as loot. where are all those nice loots i used to get?
what changed in the last 2 months on ground?????

AKA nerfed. 20 some elders this week, 2 crystals, and a bunch of really awful lances to go with my collection of elder locked containers and leather.

After mastering Swords...I converted remaining 2 Hand XP and started at virtually none.
I then hunted NS for a few buffs. No Elders, just Protectors, Outcasts, Sentinals, Spell Weavers, Rancor Tamers, NS Rancors...
I finished with 550000 2 Hand XP...at around 5k per NS, do the math.
Over 100 or more of these ladies, I pulled some weak Dot weapons, which a couple were -1, which I will promptly turn in 
, and I think 1 crystal.
, and I think 1 crystal.Now, that is only 100, and the loot drop was probably 1 in 10, or 1 in 12.
This makes me wonder if I want to revamp my template a bit to even bother with soloing an Elder...nevermind the fact that a couple of Protectors and a Spell Weaver or two aggroing you at one time can turn out pretty bad...is it worth it now?
Awhile back...after the Black Sun BH armor drop rate nerf, I killed at least 10 spawns, maybe 30-40..even 50 of these guys..and I didn't loot a single item. NOTHING. No containers, leather, or BH armor...so I gave up. I don't even know if they still drop items today.

Over the last three weeks, I've spent countless hours killing 10k-20k HAM mobs, to get a couple of bandoliers and some cheesy ass DOT pistols that I got certed for a year-and-a-half ago at NOVICE MARKSMAN.

They added new loot, and whether it was nerfed it disputable. Every time there is anything to do with loot in any patch, people claim it was nerfed. When you have 1000s of people playing the game, it would be unlikely for people not get some bad luck.

FYI ... loot revamp ain't finished yet .. the loot tables were screwed after the introduction of JTL, then they brought in some hotfix, but the loot still ain't what it was before. Even LUCK (fs skill) don't seem to work properly. I hope they will fix it with the next pass of loot revamp, as well as bringing us the group message back.

Well I know everyone is too quick to cry nerf, but the loot drops dropped DRASTICALLY literally overnight. I spenta month farming elders with a friend, Made a ton of money and wrote down statistics. On average we gota crystal every 3rd drop, attachments were a lot more rare, credits were about 1/5th of the loots. In between were the random lances and leather and other misc.
We don't even bother with elders anymore. When you kill 15 in a row, and get 2 locked containers and credits, from a NIGHTSISTER ELDER, that's when you know loot is borked.
I did loot a +7 Pole Attachments from a 12k Ham corsec tho. Go figure.

looted a BH armor bracer last week end from Black Sun on Dath. So yes they still are lootable

heh ive been looting much more recently.
Last night i looted 4 dmg crystals ,ranging from fair to good and one quality. Loadsa loot kit bits (including adhesive) , a nice mind poison combat staff , some CA's (+2 and above). This was all in less than a buff session.

So to fix the economy the loots were nerfed? Wow, that's an interesting way to keep customers.
