is it just me or when you arrive and go out of that room, should everything be pitch black except for the lights on the ceiling untill you come to a few other hallways?

Everytime i get anywhere near them they take me out, alos two other things happend to me while there I got stuck in a battle mode but nothing to attack so i was unable to repair the droid to set off electric field, so i went in on my own and disabled it, is that ok? and also how do i prevent the being stuck in battle mode?? Also i got to the part where you have to set the fuel to max, and the consloe said the me "no response" wth is that?? plesase someone help me?

Well if your are imperial it isn't too hard to get around them because they shoot at the rebel npc's..(see me in this pic not even getting hit cause they are preoccupied lol) http://www.imagedump.com/index.cgi?pick=get&tp=125829&poll_id=0&warned=y but for the rebel and neutral missions it can be trickier

Solo you cannot. with a group and possibly a bh or smuggler in the group he can use a mice bomb from the lift to cal lthe aggro, lift up and wait. For clear the aggro just get incapped (if you are alon train a mob on a lift and move to a differnent level take of armor and wait for the incap). You don't need to repair the droid if you can sustain a 500 dmg hit from the electrical field.

Hate you break it to you Atanmir, but they are most certainly soloable. If you'd like proof, come up with me (Intrepid). Oh, also -- I find that about 97% (literally) of the time, you dont need to deal with the droid at all -- it's bugged, but the door opens anyway, you just cant walik in. Luckily, the elevator unlock term is RIGHT NEXT TO THE DOOR. So, you dont even need to walk in, just target it and inch closer and use it before you get popped out. You'll get the hang of it and it'll shave about 5 mins off your total time. Using this trick you can get destroy done in about 5 mins tops.

To answer wecaw's questions, SBD's are a pain. If you can't kill them, just run past them. You will want a medic/doc jammin Stim D's into you, but if your armor is decent, you should really be fine.

To stop fighting mode you gotta kill whatever is aggroing you, just like anywhere else in game (getting out of range really isnt an option onboard like it is on the planets)

I'm a little unclear about your question regarding the fuel. If it does not pop open the box to change it, that's because you are not on the Destroy mission. If it does pop open, you should set it to the highest possible (usually 80, but whatever the highest is) and set it before the other 2.

Any questions, just send me a PM -- I've got well over 100 successful runs under my belt and know all 3 by heart.

Well if you were unable to set the fuel then you were obviously NOT on the destroy mission.. My guess is that you were on the assasination mission.. Being in combat mode means that you were probably aggroed on the starting level and that isnt a bad thing.. Once you get 5 aggros on that level NOTHING on the ship will attack you and you can finish at your leisure.. The only time i have trouble with aggros after i get the codes and loot the first Armoire is sometimes when i make my run for the Armory Armoire in the very front of the ship below the cockpit.. But if you set the engines and get aggro upstairs before hitting the armory then the SBD's in the armory wont aggro you and you can collect your giggle dust or bantha doll much easier.. The only time you need to break aggro on the vette is for the Rescue mission and that can sometimes be done solo by letting an NPC incap you so you can talk to the prisoners just make sure its a low level NPC so he doesnt DB you while your incapped.. Its easier to bring a friend and duel when you reach that room.. The average time for the destroy should be about 5-7 for destroy and rescue including looting and maybe 20 on the asssasination.. Good luck..
