After the first thread got mysteriously away.
Here is my 2nd try petition.
In the light of Credit scams, i want to be able to REFUSE a tip, as SOE instructs us.
I wanta switch, that enables/disables a dialogue box, that pops up, if someone tips me.
The box just asks: "XXX tips you YYY credits, do you accept?".
For combat or if i just want to accept any tips, i switch the box off, like with auto-reject group invites.
The refusal of a tip sets aX min counter to automatically refuse any tips from that person for that time.
Also, i cannot be tipped by anyone on my ignore-List.

You cant just ban innocent people who've have been tipped by someone trying to get away from SOE.

It seems the amount of money u get tipped doesnt matter to the devs 1 cred or 100 million creds, if u recieve thru any form of transaction, byebye account.
It doesnt seem to have hit the euro servers YET.

If they are bannin peeps for something they cant control, then they must give that control.
A very good idea, next thing is how to stop merchants gettin banned.
Or its a cunnin ploy for the combat balance

so what about an afk ent...how are they supposed to get a tip if they have to sit there and click yes all day long.....or if you're in the middle of pvp and you decide to piss off the person you're fighting and you make a macro to /tip 1....they get a pop up box and it throws off their game plan.......your reason to petition is good but unfortunately its not fully thought out. If anything there should be the option of getting the dialog or the option to stay as it is now just like with crafting and item deletion inside the options menu. But mandatory with this will suck arse badly because everyone will find a way to exploit this to their advantage.

Hopefully soe can make a sub menu for us to go through and look at each transaction and accept or deny money transfer of bank or cash it is allso important it doesnt pop up when its inconvient. This would be great for us entertainers too because then we can keep track of who is paying and who isn't. A bank sub menu would be great!

Well for one...AFK Entertainers are going bye bye very soon. Besides, they have no rights to tips.
As for your thought about griefing during combat...
They can just set it so you cannot tip, nor recieve tips while in combat. Once you are done with the combat for a few seconds or so, then the tips are delivered to you and that's when you can refuse them.
