This whole duped credits issue is getting out of hand. You think they would be able to fix it by now.

Like the no tips from ignore list.

One problem will be bank tips as these can be done when the tip recepient is offline and the only way around that is you get an error

"XXX is offline you cannot bank tip them"

In reality this would only affect people with alts and 1 PC who tip to their other char.

Why combat? I assume you mean for missions? This should not be affected by the option, only credits coming from other players directly through tips should be affected. (IMHO)

To be honest all this is a bit worrying, and Imo this is the only logical solution that makes any sense, that protects ppl that do not want any part of the credit dupe.

I had to forfeit a sizable tip because of this credit dupe problem and SOE can't even guarantee that I will get a refund for that amount if the tip proves to be alright.

I agree that we should have an option like this.

SOE didn't take the time to stop this problem before innocent players suffered for it.

They're not taking the time to find out if these funds were received in legitimate transactions...

What makes anyone think they'll actually take time to change the code of the game over this?

Sure, it would be great to see, but don't expect anything from a company that "protects the play experience" for their customers by banning them all...
