So, I read in one thread that this elusive Bubble Tank schematic drops off of Sif on Talus.. so I went and hunted there for like 3 days straight (waiting around for an hour - 2 hours for the NPCs to respawn each time). No schematic. So, then read that people were getting them off of the "Nym NPCs" which seems really vague. No one has said specifically if it's Nym's guards or pirates or what. So I've been hunting them down for the past 3 days and have gotten nothing.
So, my question is.. can anyone who has actually gotten this schematic confirm where it came from? I would at least like to know if I'm looking in the right places and not totally wasting my time...
Thanks much for any info anyone can provide.

I think someone was lying, I read that same post you are referring too and quickly began to start camping the sif spawn, have been going there many times each day since I read it and nothing even remotely close to new loot has been found. And I also spend many many hours hunting Nym's, noticed alot more crystal drops then usual but nothing else AT ALL. Must of killed anywhere from 500-1000 Nyms, Mercenaries, Canyon Corsairs, Blood Razors, Pirates, you name it, nothing. Kind of dissappointing but at least I did find myself a few nice attachments off the killings.
Also I haven't heard of anyone selling or trading this item either on my server but I could of just not noticed.
So either it's not in game or someone threw us way off course and we are hunting to wrong mob's haha.

Okie. I'll start trying to find more of them and see if that helps. Thanks. =)

I think some of the stuff is just -really- rare loot. I killed thousands of imperial NPC's before I looted a "No Division" poster.

Yeah that seems to be rare.

Yeah I figured as much.. but like, when I say I've been killing for 3 days, I mean like 16 hour days (I have no job and no life). And that's -all- I've been doing is searching for this when I'm not going to get rebuffed or posting in the forums
.I've killed hundreds and hundres of Nym's guards and pirates and such. And don't get me wrong, I understand that it probably is just -that- rare. I just want to make sure that I'm spending all this time in the right place and they don't actually loot off of Jawa's or something.

What kind of imps?
I for myself only got Luke Posters and console style 1 schematic off normal stormtroopers, Leia posters and table/couch schematics off dark troopers. No Han poster yet.

Ok... Here is the way it was explained to me by a developer (not SOE, but he read comments by SOE devs and understood what they meant)
There are three (or possibly four) wheels. Call them common, uncommon, rare, and (possibly) very rare. When you loot there is a one in four chance that you will get an item instead of just credits. Wheel one has a space on it for every common type of loot that particular class can drop. (Think the Wheel of Fortune wheel with CDEFs and broken viewscreens in place of the money.) Ten percent of the spaces on this wheel say something like 'go to next wheel.' If you hit that space the second wheel starts spinning. This wheel has better goodies, but only five percent of the spaces say to advance. The third wheel only has one percent. My friend further explained that this would fit in perfectly with the LUCK skill that your FSCs get from the village.
So say you are hitting Stormtroopers. Approximately one out of every four kills should produce a loot item. CDEFs, broken crap, discs, loot kit numbered parts, and clothing should populate the first wheel. Low level DOT weapons, CAs, AAs, specific loot kit parts and buffed clothing would take up the second wheel. Higher DOTS, adhesives, and the really good stuff will fill wheel three, with the fourth wheel having your legendary items, these rare posters, and things like the bubble tanks.
In all it really comes down to luck of the draw. It kind of sucks to put in major hours just to essentially hit 'bankupt' all the time while that guy a few hundred meters away is winning the car, the cash, and the Maui vacation, but the system is pretty fair, I think.
