Hoth were is it? That like one of the best planets in the triligy. The biggest battle of the 3 taks place there eco base is there. y is hoth not in Starwars Galaxies 
i got the beta today and i swear i thought Hoth would be added but yet theres no sign of it. what are your opions?

Because there is very little to no life at all on Hoth.
It's a dead planet, it's too cold, would be unrealistic.
At nighttime we would all die of frostburn hehe

Its not a dead planet. what about the ton-tons and the big-foot dude that gets luke. and there would be eco base with rebels and at-ats there alot to put on hot and im sure they can think of other animals like snow rabbits and big pengins and ice spiders. the list goes on and on

Now THERE's an idea...
A planet (Hoth) where there's very limited but very powerful creatures (Wampas) and incredibly valuable resources, but that will drain your HAM bars if you're not inside during nightfall...

I have posted this idea on another thread about Hoth....
It should be added as a PvP plantet.....once you shuttle in, you have say 5mins then you go overt. So people looking for PvP can head there.
Very little creatures, no resouces, cities or harvs, and limited POI's....Echo Base, maybe a couple of crash sites (Probot) for example.
Well that's my idea...

Well, i'm not even sure if Echo Base has even been constructed yet in the current timeline, maybe initial Alliance scouts have been there, but the timeline is a long way away from the Battle of Hoth.

Did you forget about the non-discloser agreement they put in there? Hope a DEV or someone doesn't read this for your sake, might wanna tone it down. Wouldn't want SOE to sue ya

What would really be great is what many people have already suggested (assuming Hoth was put in): You would have to wear heavy clothing while there, or suffer damage and/or wounds (this would make tailors more a part of the game). Maybe also, as someone else said, you'd have to be indoors at night, or suffer damage and eventual incap. Heck, it would be great also if we had to eat things every day in order to stay alive (making chefs more a part of the game instead of just food buffing).
Stuff like this seems like so little trouble to put in, and adds so much content to the game. But no, we'd probably have to wait 2 or 3 years before it was even seriously addressed (as is the case with many other good ideas), and obviously we'll all be gone by then.
It's fun to dream of all a game could do, and right now it's only a dream.

I was kind of suprised Hoth wasnt in the game either. It was such a big part of the 5th movie. And pretty much all the star wars console games have a hoth level. I would like to see hoth armor also, like the stuff the rebels wore.
