no, because i dont want to see somone with every combat proffesion that would be impossible to beat in pve and pvp, just unblalnced to have more

No, and furthermore, I think it should take one skill point to learn a language... then give DE's the ability to make language translation modules for droids. Then there would be protocol droids, and a reason for the Underworld 1 box for Smuggler.

or what about like making stuff like merchant like 1 skillpoint per box because i think you shouldnt have to give up a profession so you can sell stuff

no...and i would say that they should reduce skillpoints


also, merchants and politicians should have to spend zero skill points

I like that idea. Too many possibilities were lost with the current language system.


We don't need more skill points. You can already make a killer character with the 250 you have. I do agree with perhaps reducing the skill points for merchants and politicians, but not eliminating them altogether.

Making languages cost skill points would only wipe out species. People would go human just to avoid paying the extra skill points.

Yeah, I'm gonna have to go with no skill point increases. I like the idea of having to depend on other people. I think it adds to the spirit of the game.

More Skillpoints: No. Just no. Others have explained why.

Languages: YES! That would be VERY Star Warsy, and would go a long way to cutting down on spamming hopefully. They should enhance the language system more as well, with a special language only smugglers and bounty hunters can learn: huttese. Learning the normal languages should also require some minor questing as well, you shouldnt be able to just grab them off the first player who wanders up, that way there's a real incentive for people to get a translator droid.
