Hello everyone, a fellow guildy wanted to know how to be a jedi. I myself do not have the answer. I am assuming they are started from ground zero with like 8 badges today. So any help or thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks again

Point them at the "Force Sensitive" profession forum. There are some excellent guides stickied there, including how to get "glowy" (get a visit from the old man), how to gain access to the Village, how the Village phases / quests work, and how to complete the padawan trials.

And that's why vets should help them gain that clue.

It took me like 7 months to figure out how to just create an account on the forums. rofl. Looking back on it, it's pretty funny. But at the time it was frustrating. I just couldn't grasp that your forum account name and password were the same as your login for SWG.

there is no such thing as jedi, although if you want to duel with lightsticks in front of the theed starport you can grind out millions of xp for a few months. good luck.

Then that's another excellent way to make sure newbs don't become Jedi. That's the last thing we need. One would hope that a prospective Jedi was an experienced player first, if he or she is not then the process has been rushed.

Why would anyone add to the problem by helping some noob become glowie? Let then play the game a few moths first.

I think that SWG is just to big of a game for a Noob to just decide to go Jedi. I think SOE should put a time stamp on FS. I have been playing for 772 days and I still dont have it all figgured out! The only reason I am going Jedi is because it is the last Prof I have not done yet! ![]()
Plus there are way too many Noob Jedi's out there anyways! ![]()

if a newb wants to be a jedi you might as well now shoot him down. Cause when he becomes jedi if hebecomes jedi he will get shot down.

The fact remains, guys, these "newbs" pay the same amount of money to play this game you do. Until you start paying for their accounts, why not take a rest from telling them how to play the game? You know, like your mother said: "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all."
For those with questions that weren't answered by the bitter trolls here, here are some links for you:
