1. Where is a good place to get combat and weapon expierence to get to pistol specialist? I am wondering because I have seen plenty of people who have reached this level, and I am wondering how they did it. I mean I know most of them probably killed a ton of stuff. But I personally don't want to sit there and kill a TON of stuff just stuff that gives a little more than 250 xp a piece and good combat xp. Just so I don't end up hunting rills to pistol specialist (I am at pistol level III right now).

2. Where do you get missions that are worth more than 1300 credits. Any mission that doesn't involve me going to kill Mynock or Gorgs would be appreciated. Anyone know where to get that kind of a mission?

1) Kill big monsters. 250xp a kill is pretty good so don't complain.

2) The only missions i've seen worth more than that are destroy missions.

So what you're saying is you want to advance quickly in the high ranks, and not work hard at it...? Perhaps you should just wait another week and buy a high level character from Ebay.

I could be wrong but I don't think that was exactly what he was saying. I think he just doesn't want to kill deseased nuna's to pistol expert. And I don't blame him. But 250xp per kill is pretty **edit** good if you ask me.

Go after the enemies that are yellow or red. I kiiled a great shumpat? anyhow unsure of the actuall name but looked like a giant cow on naboo and got 650 xp. I have found if they are red or yellow and you can defeat them you get alot more xp but on the downside if your soloing 50% + of the time they incpacitate you on the first go around. Yes 250 and staying alive is much better then 650 and bring incapacitated twice.Buit that is where you get the larger xp from.

I can help. I play on Starsider and go by the name Sanus Artanis, I'm at Novice pistoleer and already almsot have my first skill in it. The xp with the pistol is easy to get since you can kite effectively. The easiest way to do it is to go to Corellia and kite Crazed Durnis because they are slow and they give 390 xp each, Their missions are also worth good money. This advanced em very quickly, as well as grouping. Get a good 15-20 person group and go to the Agrilat Crystal Swamp SW of Doaba Guerfel, great XP there.

Go to Talus...find a Kima (any type).

It will take you about 10 to 15 minutes to kill it solo (cons red), but once you do, you get anywhere from 1500 to 2000 pistol xp per kill.

actually it's for any weapon, you get up to 2k on Kimas.

Yes I've heard of Kimas and killed one or two, but I couldn't find too many. Any specific area that has a bunch of them?

If you kill in one minute 2 blue for 100 exp per creature you get also 2000 in 10 minutes without wounds without risk and more scout exp additionaly if you harvest (does a merksman need one minute for 2 blues or are it rather 3 or 4?).

I am not trying to go on the "easy street" to get my xp,I was just trying to find a way that didn't involve me sitting there for 10 hours killing rills to get to pistol specialist, that would ridicolous. I was just having trouble finding stuff to hunt but thanks to some of your suggestions I found a good place to hunt and its not boring (like hunting rills). So thanks! Now all I have to do is get rifle specialist, carbine specialist, and ranged weapon support specialist lol. Anyways thanks!

whut bantha's are slow? i am frequently run down by bantha's =/

I don't know about most banthas but after that tip I have been kiting Dune Banthas...they don't run you down. Very slow, and about 965xp per kill. Just takes awhile.
