Thread: FIX the safe water exploit!

I've seen more and more players run into the water to avoid fighting since they can't be targeted in the water. Is this on a list of exploits that can get you banned or anything? Clearly it's a bug that should be fixed, but I can't find a "bug report" forum anywhere.

its not a bug or exploit. they run into the water to get away , big deal get on your mount and blast em , or wait for him to get out.

You can't just get on your mount and blast them. 1. You can't target someone swimming in the water. And, 2. you cannot fire a weapon from a swimming mount.
Does anyone who actually plays SWG have an answer for me?
When will this exploit be fixed?!?!?!

How is it then that I'm able to kill my bounty targets halfway between C'net and Vreni Island when I swim my Bol mount out there to find them? IN THE WATER.

Frustrating as it may be, this is hardly worthy of banning anyone over.
Personally, if someone ran away from me and into the water, I'd get my vehicle out, and wait to see which side they swam for. Then I'd beat them to it, hop off the vehicle and blast them when they came out. Sure, they may swim for the other side, but you can beat them back. Eventually, they'll have to get out.

once upon a time before vehicles there was this profession called Creature handler. And what they could do was train animals so you could ride on them. And when you are riding your mount you can auto attack.. incredible huh? get a weapon with a dot heck get 5 of them cause you will have plenty of time to switch and go to town.

I'm sorry to be repeating everyone else but GET A MOUNT!
You can fire off the back of a mount, even if its swimming.... do you play this game?

why should you have to get a mount to kill people in water? You're just like the same who tell BH's to do Janta missions when they ask why they only get 15k for killing Jedi.

who looks like the idiot know scott, you probably are still a 1304 marksman and never seen a mount.
