Well, there's really no reason you shouldn't be able to attack while swimming (crocodiles do a pretty good job of it -- which makes me wonder where the underwater beasts are in this game), same as it makes no sense why you can't fire a weapon or swing a sword while knocked on your back. Maybe not with the same efficiency, but you should still be able to do it.

However, I don't think it's an issue worth getting your panties in a bunch. People want to resort to hiding in the water, don't let em get you down. Personally, I'd rather die honorably than flee like a coward, but the loss is on the guy who swims into the water to hide, not to me.

Well GSVCMaxx I'll admit that I was wrong in thinking that you can't attack from a swimming mount. I must have been bugged or something before because it wouldn't let me attack anything while riding my dewback through the water.

But that does not have anything to do with the point of this message. Why can you swim away from combat?People like GSVCMaxx assume that every player in SWG has a trained mount, but what about NPC's? They can't jump on a mount and come after anyone. and I can't either unless I want to go find a trained mount to ride to get around the BUG / EXPLOIT of people becomming untargetable while swimming.

And just for you GSVCMaxx, it's you who look like the idiot. Learn how tospeak english then come and flameme.

why would i want to learn how to speak on a typing forum ? ive been playing since beta , im pissed that people whine about the little stuff that know one cares about, theres alot more to fix than an npc swimming and shooting, dont chase them into rivers.
