Yeah, clueless = bad when you are a developer. And that sums these guys up more often than not.
No love for you devs until you get your act together. Not that you care either way...

love for the reduction of the shuttle wait? yea, thats pretty neat, though I never saw that as a big problem, but since many people seem to really like that, thats cool with me.
as for the rest that "got fixed" lately ... those things had to get fixed because they were broken before ... and guess who broke them and oh so many others things too?
the bitching and moaning is annoying and has taken overhand, but seriously, most of the stuff deserves all the bitching and moaning. yes, it's really that bad.

The devs have a long road to travel before the players start thinking of them in good terms. The shuttle wait thing? Could have been done months, or a year ago. I was meeting up with someone the other day, and was in line for buffs, missed the starship by a couple seconds. 10 minute waits are not cool at all. Now 5 minute waits, I can deal with that, I rather not but I will put up with it.

99.9% of the time people are bitching and moaning.
I'd like to take the time to thank the devs for some recent improvements I'm happy about:
NPC specials back
Shuttle Wait Reduction
Fixing mission bug where I wouldn't get paid
Fixing the bug where if I switched to a character on another server, I lost all my notes/etc on my friends list
and there are some others which excape me....

yes, those were very nice, but you see, the thing is, that while those few things are good, another million things are broken.

No love from me. I know what people would be saying to me if I did as poorly as they did at my job. I'd be getting complaints until things were fixed. Of course they're on a larger scale so they get more complaints, but the principle is the same.
If they were doing things right, then there wouldn't be near this much complaining, and I'm not talking about what X profession can do. I think some leeway can be granted there. But things like neglecting the GCW, which is SUPPOSEDLY one of the pillars of this game, is just inexcusable. The box when you buy the game says all this stuff about the GCW, but where is it?
Devs get your chit straight, THEN you'll get some love...untill then you can kiss my donkey.

Ohhhh DEVS, thank you soooooo much for decreasing the starport wait times, that must have taken quite some doing so why don't you run off and have a nice rest now. Maybe the next bug you can fix is the one WHERE DEVS DON'T HAVE A FCUKING CLUE! Thank you DEVS...where's my soap.

Keep in mind that Eva Braun probably could name some nice things that her boyfriend did, too...
For every good thing that's been added, I can name several bugs or old things that still need fixing.
If the Devs want love, they'd better start giving it - so far it's more like the "I Can Change" song from South Park.

Not much love here either. Starport wait times reduced to keep people interested. These wait times have been talked about since beta and now they just do something... hmmmm I honestly hate the idea behind galactic civil war. There is nothing civil about. Its more like a occupation by the empire. With the rebellion as a thorn in its side. Without the luck of Luke, the rebellion would have died. But I have to say, its not the devs fault. The voice of the player screaming holocrons, screaming force sensitive slot, screaming Jedi when there were no Jedi in this time frame. What else could they do to keep the buck rolling in? The majority won, but the minority keeps leaving.

/agree 100%. There are some people who are psychologically incapable of showing appreciation, and whenever they see someone who does those people are automatically labeled as "brown-nosers" or "fanbois". Even if you are dissatisfied with certain aspects of the game (I know I am as well) there surely have to be even more aspects that you very much enjoy thanks to the devs. And it certainly doesn't mean that all of your comments have to include a reference to the "dev's laziness and incompetence", there is such a thing as a constructive reply.
So...thank you devs
