Though it only has a CL, it still counts as a rifle so all of your rifle speed/accmods apply as well as your general ranged speed/acc mods. This is really THE rifle to have.

Yeah i am. I've been busy waving the glowstick about to help the guildies grind like mad during bonus xp times (I've killed more ronto than you can possibly imagine and I want a badge for it!!!)... and trying to get all the rifles possible from that silly Necrosis fellow. Did you know he drops the carbine the battle droids use in the movies and that it's certed for Master Rifleman? It's very disappointing.
All that said I'll be trolling here again more frequently... as well as flaming Lammergeier on the BE forum when the oppurtunity arises 
BTW, I put a bug in about that Massassi Ink Rifle potentiallack-of-reward-oops-thing and noticed the Pub 17 TRE files included an update to the quest that I think shouldhave granted it, know of anyone who has gotten it yet? I went to the NPC after the update and got no love.
I'm very tired and my sentences are very long. I'm amusing myself too much, i'm going to bed now!

I am stuck at the accessing the etyyy area, i have to go kill 21 poachers at a camp, however i cannot find this camp... any idea where it is? thanks

if you follow the river to the east and then the north, you should find a camp with 4 or 5 of them that respawns pretty quickly. oh and amil, that's a great guide you made but there's only one problem...you mixed up east and west. i noticed you had them backwards when going through the quests, might wanna change that to clear it up. good job though, it really helped me out.

Its about euqal with my godd T21, with a PuP on it (speed) I get about 735 Mod DPS, not too shabby, plus it looks fantastic, I am constantly getting tells asking about it and where to get it or if I would sell it

Does anyone know where to get one? Ive heard that one can be looted from a lockbox (or something) on the avatar, but then ive also seen people talking about the schems for them.
Im so confused
any help is appreciated!

Talk to Boshaz in the left slaver camp, and do all of the quests that follow.
You are given the rifle as a reward just before you are given the Avatar quest.
