"Yah and when everything's fixed, but there's nothing new, what will you be complaining about?"

I usually am not in favor of change but I'd be willing to experiment with this scenario.

"There was a period way before the CU when virtually all they were doing were bug fixes."

Your sense of this game's history is somewhat off. Before the CU there were plenty of "content additions" made before fixing very basic bugs that had been, and still are, around. Before the CU there was JTL, the Aurilian Village, the Corellian Corvette, Geonosian Caves, Death Watch Bunker, the 3 Themeparks were redone, Holocrons as path to Jedi, Racetracks introduced, Cries of Alderan Acts 1-3, the introduction of mounts, the intoduction ofvehicles, Player Cities, the Politician Profession, Wookie Life Day, Veteran Rewards...and the list goes on. I apologize for not being chronological. In fact, now that I look at the list I have gone from the impression that you are slightly mistaken to you don't know what you're talking about. Unless you are referring to the inept handling of pushing this game out way before it was obviously ready back when it first emerged. But the trend has continued ever since apparently.

The period I spoke of before those things you mentioned.

There was several months of nothing new at all. Plenty of fixes, but nothing new. No monthly story arc, no new profession features, nothing.

It's hard to remember now, because the first Jedi appeared around that time and everyone was exited about it, but people were still complaining about the lack of new content.

Fact is, no matter what they do people will complain. If for no other reason that to be contrary. Often times you find the same people complaining about it, and even flip-flopping their ideals just so they can keep complaining.

"There was several months of nothing new at all. Plenty of fixes, but nothing new. No monthly story arc, no new profession features, nothing."

If the game is in such a state that it needs "plenty of fixes" I would say that new material should be placed on hold.

I would love nothing more for SOE to have the capability to fix the game and put out new material at the same time.

They clearly cannot.

The new bugs take precedent and old problems are forgotten. Almost everything new contains bugs. They introduce fixes for those and somehow they manage to break more stuff. RoTW quests are riddled with bugs and they plan on putting out another expansion in less than two months from now. In my opinion that is simply irresponsible.

Yes, there will always be mal-contents. That doesn't mean they have to be catered to. Having the game work as it should is not an unreasonable request. By "as it should" I don't mean my particular vision of what Profession X should be. I mean if I start a quest I should be able to finish it w/o technical errors. I should be able to use the abilities already granted to Profession X. I should be able to fly in space w/o warping/rubberbanding. The existence of mal-contents also should not be used as an excuse to avoid fixing the game. Introducing brand new shiny things as a means to divert attention is terrible policy.

I just finish the quest, the escort mission is fix but now there is a wp bug, where only 1 wp can be active at the time and in kashyyyk the first wp always onis the spacestation wp, what you need to do is chose the "Autopilot" option from the escort mission wp and it will take you to the escort mission wp
