Does the guild email work yet? if so how

Yes, but the guild leader must modify the rights of each member that wants or needs access. Members do not have guild email rights by default.

When a member get those rights, all you have to do is address an email to "guild". Fill out the rest of message as normal and send it on its way. All guild members should get a copy.

First you have to use the Terminal and sponsor the player in question.

Then the player will recieve a pop-up window to agree to joining your guild.

After which you have to use the terminal again and look for the "Sponsored for Membership" option. Select that and he should be added to your guild.

Here's where the problem is. How do you sponsor this person? I looked through the terminal and saw no options about sponsoring anyone.

To sponsor, you need to hold the radial menu for just a slight bit longer and you should see it appear.

Or could it be that u do not have the rights to sponsor ?
That is one possibility.
