Glad to see this feature is going into the game. I hated moving a fully decorated house. It's what drove me to settle near an NPC city so I wouldn't have to go through the pain of moving again. This opens up a lot more options. Thanks devs.

So what am I supposed to do in my situation?:

I have a guild hall fully decorated with over 300 items. CSR says that I need to replace the guild hall inorder to get the guild terminal to work. I recently left my previous guild because the leader hasnt been active for more than 2 months. The only alternative to replacing the hall would be for the previous guild to disband but it can't disband because only the guild leader can disband..

I have created a new guild by using a different guild hall. I am not going to redecorate and move everything over again. The empty guild hall that I need inorderto use theterminal is taking up my precious lots. Please get the programers to at least get guild halls working. Unlike cantinas and medical centers, you don't need to be a proffession or certain city rank to place guild halls.

would a architech who designed a house be able to transfer the house over to another person? can you do that now lol? i always thought the person who put the house down was the only person who could pick up again and be tre admin?

yes, once a person drops a house, that person can transfer ownership to anyone who is near him with the /transferstructure command. (i think that's the command)

I keep hearing this, IDK if they would ever merge servers. If they did i feel sorry for the ones who get dumped into Bugfin

I got to admit that's a great feature.

Useful for everyone, and an ingenious architect can really have fun with that.

Nope. This was to facilitate the fact that after the CU, certain parts of the galaxy were much more dangerous than before. People needed an easier way to move to move their houses "as-is" and not have to redecorate. Plus its a neat feature
