if you wanted the 2nd one to stick you needed a +4 beserk tape ..

I haven't seen any reference to SEAs with 2 stats, but identical bonuses...ie;
Armor Repair +5
2 Hnd Melee Dmg +5
If in that order, what sticks? Do they both? Should I get an ArmorRepair +1 and insert that first, then put in the above listed SEA? As it stands now, I plan to get an Armor Repair +1 then placing that one in.

this is my experience, if you want to get rid of the higher/dominant stat you have to beat it , if you put a lower tape in 1st it will be ignored
perhaps there is an element of randomness?, i put agrenade exp+ 1 in 1st then grenade exp +5/structure exp +3 the clothing ended ups as grenade exp +5
i'm going to experiment with some -ve skill tapes, i have a carbine accuracy -7 and a grenade exp -2 , just going to look for some tapes that i can mess with to see what the results are

this is NOT correct, you need a +23 or higher in BOTH situations, i verified this today by losing a +10 2h speed attachment

Had the following 2 SEAs:
Armor Repair +1
Armor Repair and 2 Hnd Melee Dmg +5
Wanted to get the Melee Dmg to stick so I placed the Armor +1 in then the 2nd and ended up with Armor Repair +5 and that's it. This does not work.

This guide is now out of date. Last night I attached a +2 stun def / +3 heavy weapons to a piece of armour that was 'clean' of other attachments. The +2 stun stuck. I'm a bit annoyed.

ok something is f'd up lol...
+3 tracking droid/ +3 rifle speed
I put a +1 tracking droid in belt, then the +3 tape and the stupid +3 tracking stuck even though R comes before T in the alphabet, PLUS to be on the safe side i put a +1 anyway. So yeah this nice helpful faq is no longer valid.

7) clothes with stat mods that drop to 0 condition, still allow the stat mods to work, so don't destroy any stat modded clothes that are at 0 condition.
Is this still true?? As I have a nice Rifle Speed +8 Clothing Attachment that I wish to use but I would hate to use it now for it to be destroyed when the shirts condition goes down to 0.
Also when it reaches 0 can I still wear it?

ok I dug this sorta old one up to ask a question:
I have a clothing attachment:
droid assembly +8
warcry +11
weapon experimentation +8
If I take a piece of clothing BE enhanced with Warcry & Intimidation +14 and 2+ sockets can I do this:
1) Put in clothing attachment: droid assembly +15, 2-hand melee speed +9.
I should get the droid assembly and have a shirt: warcry/intimidation +14, droid assembly +15.
2) Put in my attachment listed above to get the weapon experimentation?

ok, here it is : I got a clothing attachmenttape within order :
+11 Rifle Speed
+17 Thrown Weapon Accuracy
Now if I want to make work the +11 Rifle Speed, how do I do ?
