ha! I'm a killer not a crafter my friend. And mining falls into the catagory of crafting. However, I will be more than happy to fly escort for your mining ship. Escorts get to kill things ![]()
And thank you for the offer but i'm pretty sure you have to complete this quest in order to be 'certified' to fly the RGI
What I could use some help with is the Boba Fett mission I'm on. I need to get into the warren but for some reason I lag so bad I lose my connection to SWG everythim I go in there. So if you can find a "couple of hard pipe hittin' niggaz to go in there and get medieval on their a55es" that would help out quit a bit ![]()
...Known issue...devs notified and working...should see something in-game sometime...
I'm quickly, QUICKLY growing tired of RotW.
Was kind of excited at first, got more excited the more I read, and since I'm at an 80% bug rate on my missions and quests, I'm just kind of 'done' with it all at the moment.
I have sent ticket after ticket. Talked to the CSRs in the live chat on the LaunchPad, and have talked with Live support on the website. When I ask to have the quest reset the bastards tell me to send a ticket. But when I send a ticket I either get a cut and paste "try this" message...even though in my reply to the last ticket I explained that I have already tried that and everything else, or I get an auto-reply about how clone armor issues are known and being worked on.
There is NO excuse why a CSR can't reset this quest for people. no excuse at all. They have the power to do it, they just choose not to.
CSRs are worthless these days. Before when quests were bugged and you sent a ticket, like with Nyms theme park, a CSR would get back to you quickly and either reset the quest or push you past the bugged part. Now they do nothing but give you the runaround treatment.
If anyone has ever worked a job where you had to watch a "Steps To Good Customer Service" training video you are already light years ahead of SOE CSRs. These people are a joke and know NOTHING about customer service.
Some people may say "Give them a chance. They are probably getting allot of tickets and complaints." bah. That is no excuse and only brings to light more problems. If the CSRs can't do their jobs, if the workload is too much for them to handle either A) hire more CSRs B) Fire the sorry excuses they already have and get some new ones who actually know a thing or two about customer service or C) Maybe SOE should make sure their products are tested and not full of bugs thus cutting down on bug reports. Duh
It seems to me that the digital download customers were dupped into beta testing RotW to make sure it is 90% bug free when the boxed version hits stores.
CSRs...all of them...need pink slips.

I answered Weak to Ermyas question and now I have the loop of duty missions. This really sucks!!!!! If anyone finds out / gets a CSR to reset the quest let us know!
