I am extremely disappointed that in this first wave we did not see Raphayl's blade as a tribute to the former fencer correspondent who sadly passed on. I hope that this is in the works for the future.
Q F E
We need more QFE's on this, Forget the new weapons, something like this was promised and needs to be fulfilled. its not about balance or how well it is, make it a 1/1 damage weapon, Hell just make it a display for all that cares. You say your going to honor a players death with something in game to symbolize them for their dedication to the game then do it, hell rename something thats in there already, nobody cares about the name thats on it now if its because of her. Its been almost a year now, Dont let it go by without the devs doing anything they said they would.
I am already checking into this.

I'm sure you guys will give her a fitting tribute as soon as you can. Please do.
*bows head inhonor of Raphayl, wherever she is now*
(Edited because the tone of my message was rather poor, sorry)

Wow... that's a great circular arguement. If we want the game to be more star wars then just put anything in it because its already star wars. I can't wait for the legions of cyborg bunnys running around hunting vampires that will then be star wars having been added to galaxies. Soon to be followed no doubt with a tie in novel entitled "Star Wars Cottontail: The cyborg bunny vampire slayer of Dantooine".

Now I dont care who you are, thats funny
However they cant just put in cyborg bunnys of doom. Anything that enters SWG has to get a stamp of approval from Lucas Arts. Its that stamp that makes it EU not the fact that its in the game (however since it can not be put in the game w/o that stamp it kinda goes both ways)
Lucas Arts does not want to ruin the SW franchise so they will not allow anything that is rediculusly un Star Warsy. (Cyborg doom bunnys)
Thusly we can safely assume that if they are telling us about thise weapons they have been approved by Lucas arts already and have become part of the EU![]()
Yes, I am aware that there will be no cyborg bunnies unless of course the lucasfilm contact is drunk the day they suggest it.I love that the devs have blessed us with new items in the form of weapons. But its really important to me as a star wars fan first and a galaxies player second that for the game to work it needs to emulate what's out there already. As a kid watching Empire Strikes Back over and over I'd dream about one day getting to drive the At-At on hoth or be the guy following Lord Vader into Echo Base to hunt some rebs. (Did I mention I'm an imperial in game?) Things that bring those types of dreamsinto the galaxiesexperienceare "good"... things that distract from it or obscure it are "bad". Yes this is just rehashing many old arguments but it seemed important to me when looking at the seemingly newly created weapons to remind the devs to stay on target putting the star wars in galaxies.
I'm really sick of my flamethrower.
And definitely, where is Raphayl's blade?

And thise weapons are very Star Warsy.... exept that ink rifle thing, duno where that came from.
They were graded on a Star Wars scale by the Kings of Star Wars and were found acceptable ![]()
Also I belive I have heard in peoples "Cannon" and EU arguments mention the neddler gun and a couple other things, so atleast some of thise do in fact have some EU refeance.... I belive.....
