Just to let folks know - this Force Sensitivity seems to go bothways.
Having not left SWG (like so many others) I've waited to see the new system and now it's been released I've been working and working and working to get my FS up. Got to "Surge" and I'm thinking, hey, this is OK - keep going and maybe I will get a visit off the Old Man.
Untill I did "The Warren" on Dant. Was "surging" going in, was "surging" coming out, handed my 'evidence' in on Theed and got my badge, also dropped from "surge" to "strong". Yup - my Force Sensitivity went BACKWARDS.
I've got screen shots to prove it, I've mailed CS twice. The first response was a slightly naff "it's a secret - we can't tell you how it works", I've not received a reply to my second mail yet. I didn't want to know how FS works, just wanted to know if it's right that all the hard work you put in can make it go DOWN as well as up.
Ho Hum - just letting you know, wouldn't have bothered doing the Warren myself if I'd known it would have sent my Force Sensitivity in the wrong direction. In fact the new system seemed designed to promote exploration and discovery, going places and doing things, well.. shows what I know.

No, it didn't. Strong it higher level then surging. "Strong" means that you qualify for "glowing" except you didn't master at least 1 profession (elite or basic, doesn't matter).

Great update, been waiting for this since I first heard the rumour about it....and that were awhile ago.
Jedi should be hard and time consuming and not another profession just "handed" to you....but I guess that's the difference between the "Loom" and the "Doom" generation.
Only problem I have with the FS thing is that you aren't able to surrender the FS skills. I did one holocron and stopped because I liked the template I got out of that one holocron too much. In order to open my other character slot I need 24 skill points for FS skills. Inorder for me to get 24 skill points I need to drop one master elite professional box and that just ain't happening if I can't surrender one FS box later on, this because of the same reason I didn't hologrind, I don't want to screw up my character too bad. Right now I wish to leave my current char intact and make a musicianwith my second slot but I don't have that option unless limping my current char badly. (The master box makes the world of difference)

Ok, made a 5th search and found a post where someone claimed to have dropped an FS box...I might not have a problem with this update after all.
Have to investigate further....complaint pending on further evidence.

Hey Dubolom
Really hope your right - and thanks for replying btw - the original guide (Friday Feature?) to FS gives the sequence as strong-surging-glowing though...
Still, fingers crossed, I can probably play on Monday again so I'll know then as I only need a few AP to get master smuggler.
