Nope still no SWG newsletter. I'd wait for it to be posted online "next week" but I dont think anyone at SOE knows the meaning of the phrase.

BUT, the wallpapers are broken now, the dev team nerfed them because they were too powerful.

Nah I got one too. I am almost betting it is a dev who is tired of getting bugged about not putting out CURB info and decided to take out their frustrations on the forums. Either that or a big brother of one that is trying to stick up for their dev brother/sister.
And on a personal note to the one-star bandit, just because I didn't say the wallpapers were "neat" doesn't mean they aren't. Imho, a feature should be something about the game itself, not a bells and whistle deal that really have nothing to do with the game. Stuff like this should have its own day, like the HumpDay Fluff or something.
And your one-star means squat to me. The only one starrers I actually respect are those that will actually post an argument or retort to what they one-starred. But I guess that would mean you would actually have to grow a set... and we wouldn't want that now would we

TH if you care one bit about the gamers of this community, I'd be willing to bet your half way through a 1/5 of SOMETHING right now. I don't know how you can do it man...I KNOW we all have bosses, but damn man!

Seriously SOE, I thought you guys learned your lesson. Don't say you're going to do something by a certain date if you're not going to do it.
You go on and on about how customer service is so much better, and people are happier, etc. BS etc.
... yet you give us "wall paper" when we were promised info.
If you want us to keep playing SWG and not the other (way cool) MMO's then give us a reason to stay. When Matrix goes live March 20th, I wont be sticking around here for "wall paper".
Then again, don't do things the smart way. Continue to blunder, then wonder where all the subscriptions went, talk about holding a summit for a few months. Hold the summit, listen to fan boys, then have meetings on how to bring back the gamers. Instead of doing anything intelligent, start another "holo grind nightmare" by making everyone a jedi, or some other lame way to earn easy brownie points.
I'm sorry this all comes down on you TH and the other employees who work their butts off, but your boses need to realize there's very big consequences to angering your customers. Maybe you should rethink why you're working for people who put you in this position....

Naw, that was me. And I posted plenty ofretorts. And got a few one stars myself. Being understanding and patient isn't a very popular thing to do around these parts.
It would be nice to have info, but demanding it is just acting like a spoiled brat.
