What would be cool if planets were released in small mini publishes and maybe only semi explorable, like Hoth for instance, maybe only a 3000x3000 peice of terrain would be explorable, The Rebel Base and the cave where that creature thing is that gets luke. and Maybe Corresant or whatever its spelled, Maybe only part of the city is Playable, 3000x3000 again

Here is my thinking on Coruscant. The Matrix Online Game is coming out this year. The entire game is set in the matrix in the supercity. Supposedly you can go in every building and onto every floor. That's in the whole city! If this works for the Matrix Online then I don't see why it can't be done in the future for SWG. I'd say it would have to be a publish in itself but I think it is possible. I also disagree with the Imperial only thing. I say Imperial, Neutrals and covert rebels should be allowed. However, there should be frequent scans and tefs. If a covert rebel is scanned he/she will immediately get a tef and there will be so many stormtroopers and imperial npcs that they don't stand a chance of surviving. If you are able to stay covert, perhaps with the help of a smuggler, you can explore.

To addition the space EX why not introduce CITY IN THE CLOUDS.... it could be the social capitol of the galaxie it could include cantinas / market places ( where traders sell there goods ) / casinos / hospitals / etc.. and everything would inside... just a thought hehe

Who cares about a time line? Just because it dosent fall into the timeline dosent mean the planet dosent exist. Opening these planets up for game play just enhances what can be done when the planet does fall into the storyline.

If Hoth is added, I hope they make it realistic and make us wear cold climite weather clothing. If we dont' we should take wounds....

This is a great thread. If they're not going to add more content to dead planets like Rori, Talus and others (Lok needs work too) they should make a few planets that everyone wants to visit. Since its in JTL Kessel looks like it'll be there one day but I'm pessimistic about Hoth and Dagobah which should have been in there from day one.
