all i can say is to those jedi that purchased a bunch of AA's they should have known better. Jedi are not supposed to wear any armor since P9. all those of you that did buy thought you'd get around the intended mechanics of the game and you all screwed yourselves. stop whining about it and go and find some broken speed CA's.

The Mabari Belt has not been reclassified. It has always been armor.

If you equipped the belt and then a piece of armor, and then un-equipped the piece of armor, you would have been told "You are still wearing armor", etc.

There was a bug which caused the armor check not to count belt, boots or gloves depending on the order in which they were equipped (or un-equipped). That bug was fixed in pub22, so now the belt always counts as armor, regardless what order you equip it in.

Mabari "Armor" Belts are now working as intended post publish 22.

But Its far to difficult to tell ppl this is a bug that will be fixed while letting ppl spend millions of credits on belts and AA's!

You spent the money at your own risk... It uses AA so blame yourselves for buying them.. Yeah I agree i would be pissed to loose so much money but it clearly states is armor in its title and anyone with a little common sense wouldnt have bought one.. I do agree fix everything else to that goes along these lines also.

I spent 80 million credits on my belt. That's literally my character's fortune. I'm on the verge of throwing my monitor out the window, I spent HOUNDREDS of hours raising that many credits, I've never been a crafter and this is rediculous. How hard is it to retrofix mabari belts to be made into clothing...

UGH, I despise SOE right now. I seriously want to cancel, I don't want to log in right now. I sent Tiggs a long essay regarding why belts should be converted, but never got a reply.

Then Blivtex slaps us in the face with his "Premium Pearls" comment, then Tiggs slaps us in the face with the "Working as intended" line - then procedes to spend the rest of the day in the Bria loading thread spending SOE's money, and the PLAYER'S right to a community relations lead joking around and giving her paw of approval.

I wish so much for the first Star Wars MMO to be good, I love Star Wars too much - but SOE consitantly makes me angry... Now every player is able to take missions from the blue glowly of Obi-Wan? Rediculous.

wow get a grip man, me thinks you take this game a little to seriuos. step away from the computer and put that monitor down.

pixels is they are. step into the sunshine and it'll all get better.

Give the dude a break man...if you spent all your hard earned money on something and it dissapears...would you say the same thing about yourself if you decided to vent a bit online... I don't think so

Yup, I would notion compensation personally, The devs did not specify to players what the Marbari was and wasn't. For all we knew they were converted into the proper category of clothing as ubese shirts and bandoliers.

Point being, they made a hyprocritical decision to flatly just spite jedi, and thats the basic truth. Ubese Shirts Bandoliers remain clothing whereas a simple fix that would've made a large player base very happy was thrown away....

Personally, I'm not angry in the slightest because these mods lowered my speed by about .04. But at least we know how SOE pleases it's customers. We're not their B***** and we should stop acting and thinking we are.

I am leaving, mailnly because of the way SOE continously handles issues like this. My acct runs out on the 30th, not renewing. I am currently not giving away creds or items. I am buying up every extra ADK on the market and deleting them. I have raised the price of ADKs to over 25m on my server. I suggest every rich jedi do the same. You can then trickle them back in for some massive credits.

I am staying...

Because I am quite happy with where the game is headed. I can see that SOE is committed to the long term success of SWG. The DEVs are doing a great job in making the right changes to make the game last. I see more and morenew people come into the game everyday because SOE has done great things withGeorge Lucus's body of work. I for one am very happy and hope to be a part of this game for many years to come. DRIVE ON SONY and THANK YOU LUCAS ARTS!!! you are doing a great job!
