Mostly you can't get one to buff since they are afk so much.
There are some though that are actually at the keyboard but it's a crazy place. LOL

I just know from reading a lot of complaints about people seeking buffs that many times they walk away with the impression that they have entered a room full of Ents that could buff them and the Ents just would not buff them... when in fact they most likely entered a room full of levelers who can't give the Master level buffs that most people are really wanting or they don't even know how to buff yet.
Where as with Docs, some really just don't buff strangers. When I have had Master Doc in my template, I very rarely buffed strangers and didn't wear my Doc tag so people wouldn't ask me to. So I know there are a lot of Docs that see you wanting a buff and have the skills to buff you, but aren't going to.
Ents on the other hand have no resource cost or items we need to buff, so if you do see a Master Dancer or Musician in a Cantina, they will almost always buff you if they have time.
The NPC Cantinas are just more of a gathering place for levelers and not really so much for Masters for a variety of reasons, and I just know a lot of people don't really know that.
I agree with you that it would be better if there was some indication of what level of Ent was available at each registered location and what services each was offering... but since we don't have that yet, a good rule of thumb is to just know that pretty much all Masters are buffing and pretty much all levelers are not, though the levelers often will if they are ATK and you tell them you will take a partial buffif they know how.

Does register just indicate some is there, or does it denote dancer, musiciian, medic or doctor?

It just indicates that one of the three are there and registered.

All this does is to generate the system message that you are already registered with this location. It does NOT cancel your registration. You must leave the building or log out to cancel your registration.

ahh, didn't know that one. well, everyone i have taken has worked. have not tried that one, so sorry for the lack of this information.

they fixed it a few days ago , cool joystick , need to get used to it though esp, the rudder part
