I hate the new inventory sorting also, the biggest reason is the loot in space.. it's WAY too difficult to find the new loot and you have to search EVERY piece to see what's new. Pain in the butt.

exactly. works like a charm. i like the new system. works great.
I like it too but I would like it better if it wasn't automated.
In other words, I'd like to have items sorted and new items added to the bottom of the list till I sort them once again much like any file in a Windows XP folder I would say. That way, I would know where the new loots are till I rearrange inventory.

After i loot something on land or in space i have to look forever to find it since i never remember what letter the item started with.
It was so much EASIER just looking at the bottom of the inventory for all the new stuff

i dont like new inv. when i loot stuff people are like what did you get and i gotta go threw all the ca's and such and find out whats new it should add the bottom and you should be able to arrange it the way you wish

I hate the new system. But do we really want them trying to fix it? Who knows what they would break then

I liked that newer items were at the bottom. It makes it harder now to see the crap we loot. I had a cdef carbine in amongst my items for a week without me seeing it. Of all the things to fix they choose this. Dear god the DEV's must never actually read these forums or actually play the game they screw up.

We really need the option to turn this off. It might be handy for some things but The option to turn it off should have been put in without a second thought. They had a perfect opportunity to pleaseeveryone and .....well what can I say? Took twice as long as usual to RE a bunch of ship parts. Gotta figure out another way now.

I agree.
My inventory is very untidy, the stuff i am equiped with isnt even at the top and when you loot stuff it isnt at the bottom, this causes huge problems for me in space when i want to see the loot i just got.
The biggest problem for me is the draft scematics, the are all not in groups anymore, it takes me ages to find anything.
