I don't know rank costs, but it's like 10.1x more than than the last rank you earned

and whats the benefit of higher ranks?

i havnt noticed anything as a covert rebel

There isn't one. You get to have more faction points but FP is only useful for getting another promotion or buying unique furniture. Also I belive the game is bugged so rank stops at collonel even though it is meant to go on.

I don't think this os right anymore. I went from warrent officer 2 to warrent officer 1. So I think something changed. Can anyone verify this.

I went from WO II to Master Sgt then WO I. But I never got the rank of Sgt Major at all

I'm guessing the Rebel and Imperial Ranks are different

When I started keeping track I was a Staff Sergeant and the ranks have been as follows:

• Staff Sergeant (2000 fp)


• Master Sergeant (2500)


• Warrant Officer II (3000)


• Warrant Officer I (3500)


• Second Lieutenant (4000)

I "believe" Sergeant was 1600 fp and came just before Staff Sergeant and I know Private and Lance Corporal were 200 and 400 respectively.

These are the rebel ranks that I have personally confirmed on Gorath.

Oh and Warrant Officer II had a fp transfer ratio of 2:1 (transferred 2000 fps one day). I have no idea on any of the others.
