Weehee. Added all the POI badges. They're all in the same order as in-game. Some of them are highlighted, can you guess why?
MANY typo fixes, links to a few more guides. Cleared all the "Message Edited by..", it was getting to be too much clutter.
Now, I'm considering writing up a Theed Librarian Guide, to have something to link to there. Great thing about starting a character on a new server: You get to get all the badges over again!
Also plan on rewriting the "How-tos". I wrote those rather haphazardly, and feel they should deserve another run-through.

Actually, it looks like the CSRs (or someone) may be giving out Accolade Badges again. I received the Fascinating Background Badge (for my Biography) yesterday.

As of Publish 10, the 3 new race badges are in-game[but not obtainable], as are the Pilot/Shipwright badges[though VERY unatainable].
So, in some ways, the guide is wrong atm, but technically, it's right.

This is a great guide, but there are two things I will bring up. One, I did get my Master Explorer (45 Exploration Badges) with three badges left to go, so the explorer badges must count towards the total. I even took a screenshot in case I needed to argue the point:

I got the Dath Tar Pits one, which gave me the Master Explorer Badge, then I got Greater Misty Falls, Lesser Misty Falls, and the next screenshot was for the last POI Badge I got the Dantooine Jedi Temple:

Also, a few months back I saw a badge in the middle of other badges, so it wasn't one that was faked in there like some people add on at the end, something to the effect of ...is an honorary sister of the Singing Mountain Clan. It was a female character and I thought maybe only female chars could get the badge. I sent her a couple of tells to find out how she got it, but she never responded. I figured it was a themepark badge, but I have never seen any other reference to it. I neglected to get a screenshot, but since then I screenshot anything that seems out of the ordinary.
By the way, I'm sitting at 106 badges. I'm only missing 12 prof badges and the 6 CSR badges, so that would be 124. If you add the 125 badge in that would be 125. The 12 prof badges I could grind, but why? And the CSR badges? Good luck. I'm probably one of the few who has all 5 COA badges and all 9 Corvette badges. It was the ninth corvette badge that gave me 100. And the name of the COA badges did change. It used to state ...has contacted Dr. Vacca for the Rebellion, but then they dropped the faction part. However, it was pointless because contacted/secured still gave away the faction. That's also how I figured out I could get extra badges for switching factions. I got my 5 badges after getting COA act 1, 2 for act 2 and one warren badge. I was one of the first that I knew of who had the 5 badge list. Then I switched factions a few times to get both Imp and Reb theme parks, and Imp and Reb Corvette, and of course for act 3, which initially was just ...has successfully located Dead-Eye Resources, because I had two identical badges, until they added the faction part.

Do you turn the Act 1 Complete Message to the recruiter of the same faction as the message (Encrypted Imperial to Imperial) or opposite (Encrypted Imperial to Rebel)?

It doesn't matter which set you turn into your local recruiter. In fact, I believe it's possible to be a rebel, and turn the disks into an Imperial recruiter, and vice versa, though you do get faction depending on who you turn it into, and there is only one badge. Of course, the trick is, finding the disks.
