No it isn't, the BH's job is to make you stop playing your jedi, ever.. thats population control.

People want to be jedi, there mustn't be too many jedi or it will ruin the game, systems have been put in place to cause jedi to hurt.. Thus stop playing jedi.. Jedi complain to much, they got permadeath removed and they want it easier still...

Jedi are different from every other class, it is very fair if BHs make your jedi unplayable... delete them and start playing at the beginning again or try to recover from minus XXX xp.

If you want it easy as a jedi go play KOTOR or JK... there shouldnt be many jedi in SWG, thus eliminating jedi by huge XP loss is quite legit to my mind.
