Thread: Tuesday Tips July 26th Personal Whispers
BTW, if you're NOT an entertainer, you can use /sing with certain words.
For example, /sing hello, will cause you to wave, without saying anything in spatial.
Also, /sing yes, will make your avatar nod, again with nothing being displayed in spatial.
This only works if you are not a novice entertainer.

Doesnt work, as far as i remember

Warryyr whispers, "Hi, Fuzzball!"
If you use the > between /whisper and the player's name, only you and that person will see what you typed.
I've always thought that you needed the arrow just to orient the conversation so thatthe messagegets personalized when the emote goes to spatial; I didn't know it was the thing to make it private, always thinking that /whisper was enough for that. ^-^
So, I guessI've learned something here. ![]()

/sing can be used to run a word-attached animation without saying anything to spatial. Great for entertainers and when you are making movies.

Because the moods reset everytime you logout it gets tedious to turn it on everytime.
If it would only save like my keybindings I would be a happy consumer.-.-

no if you don't have any entertainer and you use /sing then you do the action silently.
/mood FoghornLeghorn
It's a joke, son, a joke! Don't ya' understand it's supposed to be funny?
/aside I swear he's about as sharp as a wet bag of feathers...
/mood none
See, moods are even fun on the forums. ![]()
Wet bags of feathers aren't very sharp.
Except if the cloth is thin. Then the feather shafts can poke you.
Ouch.
I see a lot of people use /emote...
Did you know?: You can use : in place of /emote. Example
:sings a lullaby
Would show in spatial as
Shareena sings a lullaby
